When I see you standing there
Smiling through all the warfare
It hits my heart
That you're still alive
to smile.

Talking to you everyday,
When all my problems fade away

Like the flower that blooms
Past winter, colours break loose.
It's a new page I've found in my book,

Hugging, teasing laughing more.
