Chapter 2

I woke up the next morning not finding my mate next to me.

I checked the bathroom and the walk-in closet but he wasn't there.

I sniffed his scent and decided to follow it.

I followed his scent which led me to the kitchen but what I heard and saw broke my heart.

First, I heard my mate telling one of his best friends that he won the bet of having sex with me.

I went there to give him a piece of my mind what he told me shocked me to the core.

"I never loved you. It was just a bet." He said.

"Anyway let's get this over with."

"I Damien black reject you Elisia Rodriguez as my mate." He said.

"FUCK YOU!"

"I accept your rejection." I said.

He looked shocked but I left before he could say anything to me.

After getting out of the house I called Marcy.

"Marcy, can you come get me?" I asked.

Before she could ask what was going on, I hung up.

When she got here  and saw me with puffy and red eyes.

"What's wrong" she asked me.

"It's nothing." I answered.

"When we get home I will tell you and my brother Aaron."

At home

"What happened sis?" Asked Aaron.

" It's j-just that I found my mate yesterday a-and he r-rejected me". I cried.

"Who is he?" Asked my brother.

"It's Damien." I said.

"WHAT???" Screamed both of them.

"Anyways I need to leave before mum and dad find out okay." I said after everything sank in.

"But why?" Aaron asked.

"Firstly, I don't want to see Damien with another woman which will break my heart even more"

"Secondly, if mum and dad find out that I was rejected they are literally gonna kill me."

"But what about me sis" Aaron asked.

"Aaron, Marcy is here to take care of you."

"Anyways, I am gonna call both of you to update you on my wellbeing and my whereabouts."

They were against it at first but I convinced them.

A few days later

My brother dropped me at the end of the territory.

We said our good byes.

"Take care of yourself Elisia" Marcy said.

I shifted into my wolf and crossed the border breaking my link with the pack.

Some weeks later.

It's been a few weeks and I've not been feeling well lately.

I've been feeling tired and I have been nauseous.

I decided to call Marcy.

"Hello, Marcy"

"Hello Eli, how have you been doing?"

"Well, I have not been feeling well lately"

"I'm fatigued and nauseous"

"Eli, did Damien use protection during that night"

"Marcy why are you asking me that question?"

"Eli just answer the question"

"I honestly don't think so"

"Eli I think you might be pregnant."

"Go buy a pregnancy test to confirm."

"Marcy, I'm not really sure about that."

"Just think about it okay"

"Alright Marcy bye"

"Bye"

I've been thinking about it and I decided to go buy a pregnancy test.

I went to the pharmacy and bought a pregnancy test.

After reading the instructions I followed it and waited for the results.

I checked the results and it was positive.

I stood there shocked.

I can't believe it.

I'm gonna be a mother.

And the child belongs to the soon to be Alpha of the strongest pack.

In other words,

I'm having the soon to be alpha of the most strongest pack in the council's baby.
