Darkness Raising: Part 4

Aqua-Star's POV

Bulkhead went to save Jack and Raf while I kept an eye on Miko. "Everyone out!" Bulkhead orders when they appear beside us. Jack and Raf get out.

"This time stay put" I tell them and run out with Bulkhead. I start to fire at the sentries. Once under them Bulkhead transforms and we start to climb the cliff. Then jump onto the ship meeting the decepticons head on. We take care of the three sentries before turning back to where we left the children.

"Where's Miko?" Bulkhead shouts. Something knocked on his chest plate and he opens it. Miko pops out and he places on the ground.

"I heaved on your floor mats.Sorry.Remind me never to do that again" she tells us. Suddenly a decepticon tackles Bulkhead as two more appear behind Miko. I shot at them while Bulkhead dealt with his own decepticon.

"Bulkhead grab Miko and into the ship!" I shout as I stand by the hatch. Once they were in I jump in shutting the door behind us. As we ran through the hallway we encounter two guards. Bulkhead slides Miko along the floor while we dealt with them. Before I picked her up and we continued running.

"Star, cons ahead" Bulkhead says and readies his cannon. I do the same with my spare hand. But it was just Arcee, Bee and the other humans.

"Brought the humans I see" Arcee says.

"You try getting them to stay behind" I say as I put Miko down next to the other two.

"We need to find Fowler and get this kids out of here" Arcee states.

"He's in the brig" Jack and Raf states. We head for the brig. But are soon surrounded by cons. Bulkhead and I take one end, while Bee and Arcee take the other. The children in the middle, trying not to be squashed. We take over the bridge and have the kids stay there while we go get Agent Fowler.

We split up, Arcee taking the vents. While Bulkhead, Bee and I take the front way in. The door opens and Bulkhead hides behind a deceased decepticon. "Well?" Starscream asks. Bulkhead drops the con and shoots the other in the room. We all aim our weapons at Starscream who points a cannon at Agent Fowler.

"I wouldn't" Arcee says from above a cannon right at Starscream's head.

"Oh, but I might" he says with a smirk. "Now, agent Fowler and I will take our leave" he states.

"The evil said yeah!" Fowler exclaims. I started to fire at Starscream while he was distracted. Getting him away from Fowler as the others started to open fire. Starscream transforms and flies away as I get Fowler down. Fowler is placed in Bee and we take off towards the bridge. Seeing the kids running from a decepticon, which Bulkhead tackled and dismantled.

"I though Arcee told you to stay put" I say as we stop beside them. Miko and Raf get inside Bee, while Jack hops onto Arcee. "Bulkhead and I will guide the way" I state as I ride along side him. Once outside we bridge back to base where I got to work on Agent Fowler.

Soon Optimus and Ratchet return, Optimus took care of Ratchet's injuries. Arcee filling him in on our little adventure. "What happened to you guys anyway?" Miko asks them when Optimus was finished with Ratchet's arm.

"We engaged an army of undead cybertronian warriors" Ratchet states.

"Zombies?" Miko asks. "You fought zombies, and I missed it?" she asks upset and I roll my optics.

"Aqua-star, Bulkhead, you both exercised extremely poor judgment in allowing the humans to accompany you" Optimus tells us.

"It won't happen again Optimus" Bulkhead assures him.

"We promise" I add as I walk over.

"But it wasn't Bulkhead or Aqua-star's fault" Miko states.

"Miko, please" Bulkhead pleads.

"And check it out.Recon" she says showing us an image on her phone.

"Ratchet, have a look.It could be of importance to Megatron" Optimus says.

"Whoa, Megatron's back? That's bad right?" Jack asks.

"Very bad" I tell him.

"I don't understand" Ratchet says looking at Miko's phone.

"Opps wrong picture" Miko says looking at her phone. "That's the 'Con who tried to blow Raf away.At least that's what he looked like before Bulkhead rearranged his grill" she states.

"Miko, Raf was almost killed.This isn't a game! When are you gonna get that through your thick skull?" Jack demands.

"Hm we were all almost killed, Jack.You, me, Raf even them!" Miko exclaims pointing to us.

"Well, if this was just an average day with the Autobots then I don't wanna be a part of it.Not anymore" Jack announces.

"Jack, putting you in harm's way was never our intent" I assure him.

"However It is no longer the safety of you three that is at risk but the safety of all human kind.We will respect your decision if you wish to leave" Optimus tells him. Ratchet activates the ground bridge.

"No point in long good-byes.Here's the door" Ratchet states.

"Come on, Raf" Jack says and Raf looks up at Bee.

"I'll be OK, Jack.See you at school" Raf tells him.

"Sure thing" Jack says and goes down the stairs. Arcee and I meet him at the bottom of the stairs. "I know, you guys don't exist" he tells us.

"Don't make us hunt you down" Arcee tells him with a slight smile. But I knew she was sad that he was leaving. Jack goes through the ground bridge and it closes behind him. Bulkhead and Bee take the other two home. After Ratchet download the image of the equation from Miko's phone. He and I examine it together.

"It can't be Optimus!" Ratchet shouts. Optimus walks over to us. "These are engineering specs for a space-time vortex generator" Ratchet tells him.

"Megatron is building a Space Bridge" Optimus states. "If he hasn't already" he says. Bulkhead and Bee return.

"The sooner he leaves, the better" Bulkhead states.

"Bulkhead a Space Bridge runs in two directions like a ground bridge.Megatron may not be using it to leave Earth" I tell him.

"But to bring through his conquering army" Optimus states.

"The main event Megatron referred to.But the only place Megatron could possibly recruit that many fallen warriors" Ratchet says.

"Precisely,Cybertron" Optimus says confirming out fears. Things are about to get a lot harder. We need to find that bridge and destroy it before Megatron activates it.
