You play as Caitlin a girl who has been abused her whole life until she receives a letter finding out who and what she is. Along with the Golden Trio you grow and explore through the years at Hogwarts...

Surely, you didn't think I was going to keep my filthy muggle fathers name. No I fancied myself a new name, a name I knew wizards everywhere would one day fear to speak of. When I became the greatest sorcerer in the world" he replies violently. "Albus Dumbledore is the greatest sorcerer in the world!" I protest.

"Albus Dumbledore has been driven out of his castle by the mere memory of me" "He'll never be gone, not as long as those who remain loyal to him" the sound of a bird call makes us both look up, Tom holding my wand in defense.
I look to see Fawkes soaring into the chamber and when he gets closer he drops something into my hand. I look at it confusedly before I realize its The Sorting Hat. "So this is what Dumbledore sends his great defender? A songbird and an old hat" Tom sneers.
He then walks over to very large statue head of Salazar and starts to say something in parseltongue "Let's match the power of Lord Voldemort, heir of Salazar Slytherin, against the famous Harry Potter" he says turning back to me. I know when he calls himself the heir Caitlin gets more and more closer to death.
I don't know what I'm about to do but I've gotta do it for her and Ginny. I look towards the statue as the mouth of it begins to open and then a see it, I see the large green head with scaly skin basilisk that Tom has released on me, Ron was right about it being 60 feet or more.
I notice that the basilisk looks down to Caitlin and nudges her cheek with his nose about 3 times as he makes a little whine noise as it does so, Caitlin must've showed affection or something towards the giant thing for it to care about her like it's doing now.
Tom realizes this as well and says something else in parseltongue which makes the basilisk attention shoot away from Caitlin and onto me "Parseltongue won't help you now, Potter. It only obeys me" Tom says.
I try to block out the noise as I make a run for it as it charges after me only to fall harshly forward and knocking off my glasses off as well. I find my glasses and put them on, I don't have to turn around to know that the basilisk is right behind me and I don't dare to turn around.
I cover my head as I hear the basilisk letting out a screech again but I look up when I hear the familiar bird call to see Fawkes flying in elegantly into the chamber and over to the basilisk, I turn around and watch as Fawkes attacks the basilisk with its beak.
