*Two Years after Hanson's death*
-Captain Jackson- *speaking into microphone* Two years ago today we lost one of the best damned firefighters I had ever served with John Hanson. He always cheered everyone up. Since tomorrow marks his 35th birthday everyone is to wear their black band on their badge. Badge 1043 will never be forgotten rest in piece Johnny boy!. *LAFD STATION 10 RESPOND, MVA ON RICHARDSON AVENUE* I grabbed my gear and got into my Captains vehicle and rushed to the scene. Damn John would have loved to use the Jaws of Life. At this moment I decided I'm done with the LAFD I cant come to work daily for the next several years and immediately be reminded of Hanson that cocky son of a bitch. My name is Captain Paul Jackson a US Marine and John Hanson's captain. RIP Firefighter John Hanson
