The Terror Nightmerrawas first released on October 20th of 2018. They come in a wide variety of colors.
Acquisition
Terror Nightmerra were released as a straythat was only obtainable by using the Jack-O-Lantern or the Golden Jack-O-Lantern. They must be either bred or purchased from other players.
Breeding
Breeding a pair of Terror Nightmerra requires one green stone. They have 3-5 babies per litter. They require 9 days to gestate, but the gestation period can be lowered to 5 days by using pregnancy potions. They cannot currently produce any hybrids.
Encyclopedia Entry
This young Nightmerra cat is a close relative of the Nightferra. It is quieter and smaller than its Fireferra relatives and its powers begin to develop at birth. When it moves, it never makes a sound, and it seems fully aware of its surroundings even while asleep. Some say that it can see straight through its eyelids, and while asleep, it can walk freely in other creatures' dreams. It is said that every Nightmerra's soul has at least one previous life that met a violent end.
Terror Nightmerras are much like others in this animal family. What gives them their name is the tendency for them to cause severe night terrors to those whose dreams they enter. The Nightmerra then feeds off of the energy created by its victim's fear.
Nocticorn

Nocticorns were first added to Xanje in October of 2014. There are currently four patterns for Nocticorns. Breeding a pair of Nocticorns requires one green stone. A Nocticorn litter has 1-4 babies. There are no hybrid Nocticorns at this time
In-Game Description
The Nocticorn is a dark-coloured species in the Leprecorn family. It feeds on fruit, bugs and small prey and only emerges at night.
Dawn Nocticorn:
Dawn Nocticorns are seen often at dawn and dusk, unlike other species which are normally only ever out at night. These Nocticorns are quick, clever and tend to be easier to tame and keep as a pet than most other kinds. They like shiny things much like Leprecorns and resemble them more than other Nocticorns.
