The Painted Gargoyle Dragon was first released into Id's Pet Specials Shop for four Red Swirl Stones, on August 30th of 2016. They can come in every colour.
Acquisition
Painted Gargoyle Dragons are currently not available in any site Shops or Quests. They can be bred or purchased from other players.
Breeding
Breeding a pair of Painted Gargoyle Dragons requires one green stone. They have 1 baby per litter. They require 190 days to gestate. The gestation period can be lowered to 40 days by using pregnancy potions. They cannot be used to breed any hybrids at this time.

This gargoyle dragon has reached maturity and is incredibly powerful. Although it looks fierce, dragons of this type are no more likely to be vicious than any other kind. They will however readily battle intruders to their territory and especially their lair, particularly if they have vulnerable young. Females are somewhat larger and heavier than males, but neither sex is more aggressive than the other. Once it reaches its full adult size, a gargoyle dragon is able to hunt and kill just about any other creature.
Gargoyle dragons, also sometimes called spike-tailed dragons, are a group of dragons found far and wide. They are found living in lairs in caves, where they raise their babies. Most species in this group grow to immense sizes, sometimes over 200 feet from nose to tail tip, and a wingspan of over 300 feet. When mature, they are incredibly strong dragons, with tough scales and powerful muscles. Their fire breath can be hot enough to melt solid stone. Though enormous at maturity, they take many years to reach their final size.
The painted gargoyle dragon has a bright and colourful pattern, giving it its name. This gargoyle dragon is found on the planet of Indulain, where legend has it, this species long ago engaged in an epic war between dragons and humans. Nowadays, however, this species lives relatively unharmed by humans except for the occasional dragon hunter.
