As shown in media, many magick practitioners carry a wand to direct magick. A wand is a very helpful tool for this reason. A wand is usually made of from a branch and is customised to the witch. People also use an athame instead. But what if you aren't a wand person or don't have access to an athame? If you're like me and have a hard time connecting to a wand then you you can use another object. Any object really. You can use a stone that you place in your casting hand or carry around a pendant that you wear while working. While wands are helpful, they aren't nesicary and you can use many other things to direct energy.
