Love Potion (leotello)

Bored

      The sewers were quiet that day...But that was normal. This has been going on since all their enemies were all defeated. And with their enemies gone they didn't have much to do, so everyone was bored. So they decided to work on whatever things they could do to stay entertained. They picked up on some hobbies, and usually stayed in their rooms. It was early that day. About 4:06 to be exact.

The only person not in their room..was Donnie. He was in his lab staring straight at a wall. He hasn't noticed that he'd been starting at the wall for almost half an hour. He was just so bored. He didn't want to wake up his brother. Especially since he wasn't in the mood to have Raph
throwing things at him for waking him up. Donnie usually had a hard time sleeping in so that wasn't an option. He looked up and saw his empty desk. Maybe I should...mess with some stuff? I don't have anything else to do..? Donnie thought to himself.

He reached over and basically started something from scratch. Something totally random.The fun part wasn't making something random. It was guessing what it was or is.

           ~Meanwhile in Leo's room~

Leo had also been having a hard time sleeping in. He had spent two whole hours just staring up at the ceiling. After all, he didn't have much to do outside of his room. He finally sat up on his bed, just to look towards his door. He started to walk towards the door and was about to grab onto the door knob then hesitated. He just looked down at his hand, and quietly walked back to his bed.

He sat back down and started looking threw his drawers in hopes that he could find something to do. I guess I can leave my room when i'm hungry. Leo thought to himself.

~four hours later. Time 8:06~

Leo had finally gotten hungry so he walked towards his door and peeked out to see if anyone else was up. When he realized no one was around, he dashed into the kitchen and quickly read the name on the fridge. The note said: MIKEY

Leo looked at the note for a few seconds. DAMMIT. It's Mikey's turn to make breakfast but he's not even awake yet.. Leo thought.

He was so tempted to break down Mikey's door to wake him up, but then he'd be in a bad mood. And Mikey's never fun in a bad mood. Leo looked around in hopes for something to do. It was so quite. He glanced at the dining table to see a mug with some drops of coffee on the side. Donnie's awake... Leo realized.

I guess it wouldn't hurt to say hi...?

Leo didn't notice himself walking towards Donnie's lab, but it was to late. His legs wouldn't stop until he had reached the metal doors.He watched as his hand slowly pushed open the door. Leo was screaming on the inside. There was no turning back. Leo shuffled inside not trying to make a noise. He looked at his smarter brother in curiosity as he saw Donnie just mixing around all kinds of substances together without a care in the world. Leo cleared his throat which caught Donnie by surprise since he thought he had been alone. "Oh..hey Leo. I didn't think you were awake.." Donnie laughed nervously, turning his chair to face Leo.

"Ya I just woke up like right now.." Leo lied.

Donnie didn't really know what to say. Especially since he'd never really needed to start a conversation with Leo by himself. EVER. Leo kinda glanced behind Donnie, now looking at his desk. "Sooo..what are you working on anyway..?" Leo asked while walking a little closer to Donnie.

Donnie turned back to face his desk. "Oh I don't know..I just got bored. So I was trying to make something new I guess.."

Leo was about to say something but he was cut off by the sudden sizzling noises coming from the kitchen. Donnie and Leo look at each other for a split second, before both their mouths start to water at the sudden realization that someone was making pancakes. Donnie quickly jumped out of his seat and startled Leo. But Leo didn't care. He was starving. He followed after Donnie and saw that Mikey was indeed cooking pancakes while wearing a kiss the cook apron. Mikey turned to face his two brothers and smiled softly. "Hey dudes!! You guys hungry?" Mikey asked as he flipped a pancake.

Donnie and Leo quickly nodded and sat at the dining table. "Hey um Mikey? Any idea where Raph is?" Donnie asked as he scratched his head.

Mikey froze for a second. He turns to face Leo and Donnie, but stays quite. "Do you guys want any syrup with your pancakes?" Mikey turned back to face the stove totally ignoring Donnie's question.

This kinda pissed off Donnie, but he just said nothing. Leo didn't like how quite it was. So Leo slowly lifted up his hand. "I want syrup.." Leo couldn't help but giggle a bit.

Mikey also giggled at Leo's comment, but Donnie still said nothing. All of a sudden, the three of them heard something coming from Donnie's lab. Donnie quickly jolted up, and ran straight to his lab. "Donnie!! Wait up!!" Leo called out while getting up from his seat.
