Soon after getting all of their luggage, the demigods caught a shuttle bus to the hotel. Percy wanted Chrissie to sit with him, so
She did. "Earlier, on the plane," She said. "I was mentally dying because I couldn't get my dog chain untangled from my hair. I didn't want to laugh out loud because of Nico, but it was really funny!"

Percy laughed quietly, and Chrissie joined in, giggling a little. They had to stifle their laughter because of Nico glaring at them. Well, Nico glaring at Percy. Chrissie had no idea why the son of Hades wouldn't look her in the eyes. Maybe he just didn't like her. 'Hm, that's his problem' she thought to herself. The rest of the shuttle ride was ridden in silence, as Percy sensed she was thinking very hard about something.

The shuttle bus squeaked to a stop outside of an absolutely ENORMOUS hotel. "Anyone for the Marriott!" Shouted the driver. Percy jumped up in excitement. "That's us!" He practically squealed. Chrissie started laughing. "What?" Percy smiled goofily, which just made her laugh more. She shook her head and pushed her was past Percy to the isle of the bus, and found herself smushed between Nico and the seat. Chrissie frowned. "Sorry." She stepped backwards and Nico moved forwards. "Thanks." He replied in a voice revealing nothing. She sighed. Nico was so.... Stubborn? Hard to reach? She didn't even know!

Soon the group of Demigods was clustered inside of the Marriott hotel's front desk, which was enormous, and had a giant golden globe thing on top of it. There were a few shops on the side, leading to an all you could eat breakfast buffet! Two huge glass elevators stretched up an out of the room, which had a large ceiling. The pattern behind the elevators looked like an aquarium.

Percy stepped up to the desk. "Room for 3, Percy Jackson." He stated simply. "West wing of the building on the fourth floor hun, you'll be in number 41." The clerk lady was very nice. Chrissie shook her hand and smiled, following Nico and Percy off to the room of the hotel. Ten minutes later, after successfully finding an elevator and a way to the west wing, the trio was at their room. Percy slid the key into the automatic lock. 'Beep!' The red light turned green. Percy pushed the door open.

Inside there was a nice bathroom next to the door to the hallway. Straight across from that door was a balcony, where you could just catch a glimpse of the ENORMOUS pool. With WATER SLIDES! there was a flat screen tv on the left side of the room from the way the three walked in, and there was two beds in front of it. Next to the tv was a small table with a basket of food. If you took anything, though, you had to pay for it. Chrissie plopped onto a bed. "This is the life!" she exclaimed.

Percy flopped down next to her. The bed bounced up, and Chrissie bounced too, the slightest bit. She giggled. Nico rolled his eyes. "I'll get this bed and you two can get that one." He said. By now the stars were coming out, so Chrissie headed into the bathroom with her pajamas and shower things, including her toothbrush and toothpaste. "Obviously, don't come in." She stated, rolling her eyes at the obvious announcement.

The bathroom was gorgeous. Luckily, even if one of the boys did come in, the shower was a curtain shower, so she would be protected. She turned on the shower and waited for the heat to come, remembering to turn on the fan. She grabbed a towel from the side cabinet and her soaps from her shower bag. Stepping out of her clothes, Chrissie took a pleasant shower and blow dried her hair, stepping out of the bathroom with her favorite pajamas on. The pajamas consisted of silky pants with gum ball machines all over them, and a shirt with Boston Terriers all over, for she had always loved the little dogs.

The boys had already gotten changed for bed, and Percy claimed the bathroom next, brushing his teeth. Then Nico went in and did the same thing. Chrissie crawled into the bed, and Percy hopped in on the other side, making her bounce on the bed again. She smiled. "G'night Nico," She called. He didn't respond. "Nico?" She frantically repeated. "I'm fine," came his voice. She sighed with relief. "I was just trying to sleep. Y'know, the thing people do at night instead of talking!" Chrissie turned over to Percy and squeezed his hand. "Night Perce," She whispered. "Night Chrissie," He replied, squeezing her hand tighter.

Woof!

That was a long chaper!

As usual, I hope you enjoyed!
