***VERY SUPER HIGHLY IMPORTANT PLEASE PLEASE READ***

K so sorry, I know I was supposed to update this on Tuesday, but school started on Monday and between homework and my dad's extra work for me (bleh), I didn't get a chance to write.

ANYWAYS in the next couple of weeks of school, if updates get diffucult between school and homework, I will start updating once a week per story. But idk for now. SORRY!

ALSO maybeee I'll make changes to my updating schedule, so stay tuned for that.

Dedicating this to rhiannonjade4 for fanning :)

Stay young my lively fudgekins (anyone get that???)

Arianna’s POV

I shut the door behind me and grabbed Louis’ arm as he began to saunter away. He turned and gave me a questioning look.

“Aren’t we going to eat?” he asked. I shook my head and pressed my ear against the door, straining to listen to any bit of conversation the pair had. With a finger, I beckoned Louis to do the same.

“We’re going to eavesdrop,” I smirked deviously. Louis grinned and pressed his ear to the door beside me, looking as if he won the lottery or something. I chuckled, and then turned my attention back to Liam and Danielle’s conversation.

“So… How’s your album going?” Danielle asked Liam in a very awkward tone. Why were things so awkward between them? There wasn’t even a reason for it.

“Good. Just been coming up with new songs and starting to record, that’s all,” Liam replied, his tone matching Danielle’s in terms of awkwardness. I rolled my eyes.

“Isn’t your tour coming up soon?”

“Yeah,” Liam said, and my heart panged as I realized that meant about half a year of not matchmaking Liam and Dani.

“How soon?” Danielle’s voice had a hint of sadness etched to it.

“In about a month,” Liam answered in the same monotone he’d been speaking in this whole time.

“That’s soon,” Dani sounded even sadder this time, and Liam didn’t say anything in reply, so the two stayed in silence for a couple of minutes. Was it really that hard to hold a decent conversation? “What happened to your arm?” she finally broke the silence.

I could almost feel the air in the room become a lot tenser. I felt Louis nudge my side, but I ignored it. He resorted to poking, but I still strained to listen. Liam hadn’t said a word yet.

“What happened to his arm?” Louis asked me. I put a finger to my lips to make him shut up, and he turned his ear back towards the door.

“Nothing,” Liam finally lied. I rolled my eyes at him, even though he couldn’t see me.

“Then why is there a bandage there?” Dani asked innocently. For a couple of minutes, Liam didn’t say a word. “Liam? Liam, just tell me,” Danielle desperately prodded him. I felt Louis shift next to me, but neither of us said a word, we just kept listening to the conversation.

He would have to say something eventually. In fact, he was making himself seem more suspicious by not replying.

“It’s nothing. Just a scratch. Don’t worry about it,” Liam mumbled.

“A scratch from what?” I heard the doubt in Dani’s voice. She didn’t believe him.

“A pillow fight gone wrong with the lads,” Liam laughed humorlessly.
