I don't need to wonder who I'll be with tonight.
While you play the game
and chase the dames in distress,
he holds me tight, breathing to the beat in my chest.
You claim it's all a rush,
but it's just desperate, lonely lust.
You gloat in the numbers you conquer,
but I don't have to wonder
if he wants me for me or for what I have to offer.
You take and take and are never satisfied.
You say it's fun, only you believe your lies.
I rest knowing I'm safe:
I know I won't be alone when I wake.
You say you don't like the company.
You really just hate the truth;
that you have nobody.
