(3) The Rules

The next morning she pulled on a pair of shorts and a t shirt then stepped out on the balcony and saw all of Tokyo as the sun started to rise. She wiped a few tears as all her insecurities started to play out in her mind. 

Sebastian woke up and saw her standing on the balcony then he saw her wiping tears. He whispered "shit." 

He walked out and said "Morning." 

"Morning" she said in a low tone 

"Arianna?' he said

"Just don't okay. " she said as she walked away. 

She went to get ready for the day then it was business as usual. When they got back and he ordered room service they ate at the table and he said "What?' as she looked lost in thought.

"What?" she said 

"You have that same look Laura gets when she's thinking very intently about something what is your pretty head thinking." he said as he drank his wine. 

"These rules.. " she said 

He looked down and he sighed "I have them in place for a reason. I love my wife but she doesn't please me in bed anymore. What I did to you last night she hates that kind of stuff but I love it so I um I have affairs on my business trips. I thought that maybe with you being my PA for the last two years that I could trust you enough to do this with me so I'm not having sex with random strangers." he said 

"So she doesn't know that her husband is a international man whore." she said 

"Well that's a bit harsh. But no she doesn't know." he said 

She felt stupid as she just called her boss a international man whore. Then said "So you want me to be your fuck buddy when you go on your business trips." 

"Last night was just the beginning." he said 

He got up and took her by the hand then pulled her up. They started to kiss then he picked her up and carried her to her room then stripped her down then he pulled out a condom then put it on and he was in her slamming into her as they were moaning as he was slamming into her and she was working her hips against him. Then he filled the condom as he whispered her name in her ear. 

As they finished up their business trip they continued to have sex in Tokyo. They closed the deal and returned home. 

The following Monday she was sitting at her desk when she heard him walk in. She looked up and said "Morning Mr Stan. Here's your coffee and your conference call schedule." with the fake smile she practiced all weekend with Noah to remind herself that what happened in Tokyo meant nothing more than just sex. 

He took everything and he said "You okay?'

"I'm great. I hope you had a wonderful weekend back home." she said 

"Arianna." he said 

She turned back around to her desk to go back to what she was doing when he came in. He looked down then went into his office and started to his conference calls and she did her notes as she listened with her blue tooth piece cause she didn't want to be in the room. 

Two weeks later she was planning his next business trip which happened to fall on her birthday weekend. She went ahead and booked everything and emailed him the details then he saw just one room and one ticket. 

"Arianna come in here." he said as he buzzed her. 

She walked in and he locked the door behind her with a button and he said "Why aren't you going?'
