Felix had been in bliss as they arrived at the festival, and the two had been enjoying through the stalls of foods, trinkets and gifts.
Chan was staying at a gazebo where he sipped his hot chocolate as he watched Felix playing with some children in the snow, and the three children seemed like foreigners, and they were having a snowball fight with Felix, their squeals and laughs echoing in the air.
Felix was very bright, like the sun, and that alone even lit up the evening as he made a toothy smile, it made Chan soft for some reason, he wanted to keep Felix to himself and he knows that people may call him crazy, but he might have fallen for the younger way back when he saw him get on the bus or even before that happened.
"Marie, Henna and Elton are so hyper," Felix said as he sat down beside Chan, sighing in full contentment, he took the cup of hot chocolate and took a sip, "It's been a while since I last was with children."
Chan smiled at how Felix looked, bright and innocent, a contrast to his rough and musculine voice, that it lifted his heart as well, this effect that Felix is giving him is so inexplicable, but he liked it - no - he loved it.
"So your job has something to do with children?" Chan asked before downing his hot chocolate in one go.
"Yeah, sort of," Felix beamed of the thought of the children's smiles in his head, "I used to teach children on how to dance," Felix looked up at Chan, his eyes lightening up, "I'm a dance teacher."
Chan grinned at Felix as he nodded, "So you're a dancer as well then?"
Felix nodded and he looked down at his cup, suddenly getting shy, "I love to dance."
"I'm looking forward to see you dance, Felix," Chan said as he placed his hand on Felix's shoulder, and it made Felix look up at him, "How about you? What's your job?"
Chan shrugged as he scratched the back of his head, "I make songs," he started off, "but I just upload them on YouTube and then I am in a trio, we're called 3racha," Chan's cheeks went pink as he said these and he kinda felt a bit shy as he did, "I work under many agencies but mostly at JYP Entertainment."
Felix's face brightened up as he heard the label, "I work there as a choreographer and a mentor!" He remarked as he pointed Chan.
Chan nodded rather calmly, "I know, Felix," he uttered, taking Felix aback, "I saw you dance at one of the studios late at night when I was on my way home."
Felix's grip on his cup of hot chocolate got firmer by the second as he blushed to find out that he was being watched by Chan before.
"Y-You did?" Chan nodded in response to Felix's question, "You looked lost while dancing."
Chan leaned closer, but his face was filled with worry for the younger male's condition at those times.
Felix looked away, and made an excuse from looking away, hiding his shyness by chugging down his cup of hot chocolate. Of course, Chan knew that the younger will be very shy, and he couldn't prevent himself from giggling at the younger's cute actions.
"Here," a middle aged woman came in front of them and gave them small wrapped gifts, "Merry Christmas." She warmly smiled at them.
"We can't take these, Ma'am," Chan said politely and he was about to give them back, but the woman insisted.
"These are gifts for those who visit the festival," She said, and the two males shared a glance before thanking the woman.
Little did they know that the each box contained something very special.
