Bus Ride on Winter

Autumn tugged the sleeve of her jacket to see her watch. 9:18, twelve minutes early.

The young lass entered the coffee shop and took the usual booth that she and Hajoon used to take and settled in.

She started to tap her finger on the wooden table as she heard some beats in her head and lyrics started to form, she took out her pen and small notebook and wrote the lyrics, making sure that she would look at it later and make the song.

As she was waiting patiently, she saw two familiar figures come to her sight, "Daehyo, Jimyung!" She saw her friends.

The said friends smiled and approached her, their arms locked into the other's, "I didn't expect to see the gay couple to be here," Autumn teased and winked at the two males as they sat opposite to her.

Jimyung blushed and Daehyo kissed the younger's forehead, "Where is Hajoon?"

Autumn shrugged, "He--" "I can't believe you were having a date with them instead of me," the female was cut off by a familiar voice and the three of them turned their heads to the direction of the voice. Lee Hajoon.

"Joonha!" Autumn jumped off of her seat to take her boyfriend into a hug.

"Senior high is making it hard for you two, right?" Jimyung asked and Autumn nodded before pouting.

"At least there's no one to distract me," Hajoon said and it lead Autumn to smack his shoulder, "I was just joking, my flower," he chuckled as he noticed that Autumn silently sulked.

"Your name means summer, right, Joonha?" Autumn asked as she and her boyfriend went out of the cafe to head to the mall.

Hajoon nodded at the question and he smiled, "Your Dads called you Autumn because you didn't like how it sounded in Korean."

Autumn once again pouted and Hajoon laughed at his adorable girlfriend, "And your sibling, Chunhee, she was born at the spring, but then her mother turned her in to the orphanage and Ice was a boy walking the streets without a name."

Autumn nodded at the sad fact but then smiled that there were warm hearted people like her parents, "Did you find it weird when you realized your parents are..." "Homo?" Autumn winced and nodded after.

"Of course, it was weird at first, but then, it's love," Hajoon said with a narrow smile playing on his lips, "I have nothing against my Papa Minho and Dad Jisung."

Autumn nodded at the impressive answer her boyfriend gave her, "What about you?"

Autumn hummed as she thought, "I don't mind at all," she answered with glee, "I even often forget that the other is a guy and call him 'Mom' instead of 'Dad'," she chuckled at her statement, and then she had a thought, "I wouldn't even mind letting you have a boyfriend, Joonha~"

"What?! No way!"

Autumn ran away from Hajoon who started to chase her for her own teasing until they reached the mall and went around for window shopping.

As they began to walk around and passed by a pet shop, Autumn automatically saw a grey puppy that was looking her way and was chasing its own tail to catch her attention.

Autumn tugged the sleeve of Hajoon's jacket, as the male turned his head she automatically pointed at the pet shop, "Can we please go?"

Autumn did her best to do her aegyo at her boyfriend but Hajoon pretended that it didn't work by staring at her blankly. Autumn pouted and looked down, removing her hand from her boyfriend's jacket sleeve, "Of course we can."

Autumn looked up and as she saw a smiling Hajoon, she stomped her foot and punched him in the chest, "I love you Joonha~" she hollered as she ran away to head to the pet shop.

Autumn and Hajoon did want to adopt the puppy but they didn't have much money to buy it for, so they asked if they can at least visit until they can buy it.

"I'll see you later, Autumn," Hajoon said as they both stopped at the porch.

Autumn smiled and nodded, pecking a kiss on the male's cheek. Hajoon was about to kiss Autumn on the lips when they heard a thunder of footsteps before the door swung wide open to meet a Chan in his overprotective mode.

"Lee Hajoon," Chan growled, "know your boundaries, boy-- Yah!" Chan's threatening speech was cut off as he felt something hit him and as they all looked back, they saw Felix.

"Babe," Felix rested his hands on his waists, "Autumn is legal already and she can do anything she wants, and what do you mean boundaries when you--"

"Dad!" Autumn stormed in leaving a chuckling Hajoon, a steaming and disbelieving Chan and a worried Felix.

"I'll see you soon, Mr. Felix, Mr. Chan," Hajoon waved goodbye before leaving.

"Take care, Hajoon." Felix said as he stood beside his hot headed husband, "Babe, relax..." Felix said as he kissed Chan's cheek, calming down the older, making him smile.
