Mandy's POV
I felt the tears coming as I walked out of Awstens room. I walked to Ottos room and knocked on the door. "Yes" he yelled. "I need emotional support" said quietly but yet he still heard me and opened the door. "What happened" he asked me pulling me into his room. "Me and Awsten are taking a break" I sniffled. "Oh no why" he says pulling me onto his bed with him. "I don't really know to be completely honest but we both agreed on it so whatever makes him happy" I said. "I thought you would have ran to Geoff" he said. "Well I thought Zoe was here" I said. "No she left" he said. "I still wanted to tell you but now I am gonna run to Geoff" I giggled leaving. "Oh okay" Otto said running to his room. I knocked. He opened the door. "Hey what's up" he asked me. I stopped crying at this point but I'm still very sad. I walk in and sit on his bed. "I wanna cry but I've already cried so much" I said. "Wait why" he asked sitting next to me putting his arm around me. "Me and Awsten are taking a break" I said feeling my face heat up. "So what now" he asked. "I don't know I feel awkward talking to him after all the things we did" I said. "You gotta talk to him" he said. "You wanted me and him to take a break" I said crossing my arms. "You guys were cute I was just jealous" he said. "Ugh. Can you come with me to Ottos room and ask him if I can sleep in there with him" I asked. "So you and Awsten are like completely done" he asked. "I don't know what taking a break means so I guess" I said looking down. "You really loved him didn't you" he asked me putting his hand on my back. "Yeah but he said he'll love me forever even if he gets with someone" I said almost crying again. "Here wrap up in this blanket let's go downstairs and sit on the couch. "Okay" I said still feeling the urge to cry. We went downstairs and sat on the couch. I couldn't even make it to the couch before crying again. He just wrapped his arms around me as I cried into his chest. I saw Awsten come down the stairs and I stopped hugging Geoff and sat there crying but trying to stop. I flopped onto the couch and started crying I couldn't control it. Awsten walked over to me. "Uh... Mandy can we talk" he asked. I was still crying but walked up to his room with him. "What do you wanna talk about" I asked. The crying slowed down. "Well how are we gonna tell the fans" he asked. "Mabye just make a video saying we're taking a break but we're still friends" I said. "Kinda like Liza and David" he asked. "Yeah" I said. "We should do it while your emotional" he said. "Yeah but your not" I said. "That's because I've been holding it all in for this" he said. "Well then let's film it" I said. "Okay" he said getting up and setting up his camera.
*starts filming*
"Hey guys I know I never post on YouTube but I had to make a video explaining things" he said looking at me. I was still crying of course and he looked like he wanted to. "Well it's sad to say that me and Awsten are taking a break" I explained. He started crying. I've never really seen him cry before so my heart broke looking at him. "We both still love each other dearly and were still friends but we just need some time to focus." I said wiping the tears that kept falling from my eyes. "But remember it's just a break so there could be a chance of us hopefully getting back together" Awsten said. Just hearing that come from his mouth made me ten times happier. "And also everyone don't go hating on Mandy just because me broke up. She didn't do anything wrong and we need to also be happy for her if she finds someone new" he explained smiling at me. "And i will be happy if he finds someone mabye just a little sad" I giggled. "Well that's all we wanted to say! Take care guys" he said Hugging me then stopping it.

I stopped crying as soon as he hugged me. "Awsten?" I said. "Yeah" he said. "I'm sad" I said. "I know I am too" he said. "Also..... I hope we have a future together" I said looking down. "I'm positive we do" he said pushing my chin up. I smiled and hugged him tighter than ever. He did the same back. "I feel like it's awkward now though" I said locking eyes with him. I was admiring how cute his eyes were. They were almost mint green and blue. "Why" he asked. "Well we gave eachother hickys and now I feel weird being around you because it's not like the hickys on your neck or on your chest are gonna just gonna go away" I said getting a little mad. "I know mandy, The hickys on your neck that I gave you last night ain't gonna go away either but nothing heals the past like time. You need to understand this is weird for me too, still being in love with you but not being able to touch you anymore like I used to. I know this is good for us though" he says. "Well I feel bad saying no to marrying you well running away. It's just you didn't give me a promise ring yet so I thought we could do that first but I guess not" I said looking away from Awsten knowing if I made eye contact I would cry. "Actually that's a great idea" he said getting up grabbing a Box off his table. He opens the box and gets down one knee. Oh no not this again I told him I wasn't ready. "I promise my heart to you even if we see other people. I won't marry anyone else but you when the time comes even if I'm happy with that person I promise I'll choose you. Will you promise me the same?" He asked smiling. I thought he was gonna marry me but it's just a promise ring thank god. "Yes" I said smiling hugging him. He puts the ring on my ring finger. "Are you sure you mean it" i ask. "What are promises for?" He asked hugging me one last time. "I love you still so get some sleep cause I want you to be healthy" he said being weird. "Okay I love you still too" I said leaving to downstairs where I saw Otto watching to office. I sat down next to him. "Wait where did you get a ring" Otto asks. "It's a promise ring" I said. "You guys aren't together anymore though" he said. "I know but he said he promises me we will get married when the time comes even if he's happy with someone else" I explained to him. "Wow he must really be in love" he said. "Yeah" I said. "Oh um can I stay in your room since I can't sleep in Awsten because we're not together anymore and I can't sleep in Geoff's because he has a girlfriend" I asked. "Sure I have a really comfortable couch if you want you can sleep on my bed and I'll sleep on my couch" he said smiling. "Sure" I said as we both got up from the couch. "Oh yes I need to get my stuff out of Awstens room first" I said. "Okay" he said going into his room while I went over to Awstens. I knocked on it. "Hey I thought I told you to go to bed" he giggled. "I forgot to grab my stuff" I giggled. "Oh yeah" he said. I walked in and grabbed all my stuff before I walked out Awsten came up to me. "I'm still giving you hugs and shit I can't live without them" he said smiling. "I know I can't either so I don't care" I said Hugging him as he hugged me. I love this boy with all my heart but I know that this is the right thing for us right now. I went to leave but he grabbed my hand. "Goodnight jellybean" I blushed. "Haha Your blushing" he said waving to me as I left his room. Wow this is gonna be a lot harder than I thought.
