"It's two in the morning,Bella," Scarlett said having just woken up.

"I'm sorry. I'll call you later," Bella was able to tremble out and this alerted Scarlett that something was actually really wrong.

"No, what's up?" Scarlett asked sitting up making sure not to wake Colin up in the process.

"I'm spotting, I'm sure it's nothing but after last time I'm worried. Do you think you could come here and then go to the ER with me?" Bella asked hating that she's letting a little spotting have this affect on her.

"Of course babe. I'll call Winston to see if he's up, just so that if there are paps he can be there to help," Scarlett said getting out of bed and walking to her closet.

"I'll call him," Bella trailed off.

"Okay, see you in a few," Scarlett said grabbing a pair of pants. There was a moment of silence before Bella spoke up again.

"And Scar? Please don't tell Seb, he has two months left filming and it's his birthday today. I don't wanna ruin today for him," Bella whispered and even though Scarlett thought he should know, it wasn't her call to make.

"Of course. I'll see you soon," and with that the pair hung up with each other. Scarlett got dressed and Bella called Winston and he quickly started to get dressed.

"Where are you going?" Colin asked as Scarlett gave him a kiss.

"Bella is spotting," Scarlett said with a frown and Colin instantly got it.

"Text me when you get an update," he said and Scarlett nodded her head before leaving their room and going to the front door and getting in her car. As Winston was driving to Bella's house he instantly called Mark Ruffalo.

"What the hell man? It's two thirty in the morning," an  annoyed Mark said upon answering.

"Scarlett and I are about to take Bella to the hospital and I was supposed to pick Seb up from the airport at four. Can you pick him up for me and I'll text you if we're still in the hospital or not," he asked and upon learning that Bella was going to the hospital Mark sprung to action.

"Of course! Is Bells okay? Does Rob know?"
Mark asked.

"She's experiencing some spotting, and I don't think he does. I honestly think that Scar and I are the only ones she's told. I don't think she wants anyone else to know," Winston said rounding the corner.

"Right, it's Bella," Mark said knowing how she hates it when others worry about her.

"Exactly. I just pulled up in front of their place. I'll text you when I get more details," Winston said before they said goodbye and hung up. Before he could get out of his car Scarlett and Bella came out of the house. He decided to keep the car running and got out to open the door to his back seat for Bella. Scarlett got in the passenger's seat and then the three were off to the hospital. The twenty minute drive was filled with Bella's silent cries as she tried to hide the pain and worry from her friends. She couldn't lose another one. She couldn't have her heart broken by God again. If she did she wasn't sure she'd make it this time.
