I dont want to be the the girl who feels she laughs the loudest
Or the girl that never wants to be alone
I dont want to be the girl who knows she's going crazy
or the girl who fears too much to stay alone.
I'm sick of the girl who's scared to be herself now
Fearing she's not accepted by the world.
I don't want to be the girl who's dying on the inside
Or the girl who says she's fine she don't need help.
Don't worry about the girl who cries
Don't worry if she shouts
She's fine she says
She dont need help
She can do it by herself
Don't trust the smile, don't trust the laugh
Its all a phony joke.
Because I am that girl
And I do need help,
But I can't do it by myself.
