Chapter 5 - be more careful!

Lita POV

I stared at the guy. His hand was bleeding, obviously where the bullet was.

"Nice to see you again Rex." Erica grinned.

"Leave the princess alone." he said with the same cold eyes on his face.

"Haha... no." Phillip smiled.

"It's the wrong girl." A guy behind me said.

"Do you really think we're that stupid?" Eric asks.

"I don't know, your pretty dumb." another guy said.

The gun gets pointed at me again but before I knew it the guy behind me was in front of the gun.

"Why are you trying so hard to save her? join us, we'll all get her power." Kylie smiled.

"P-Power?" I stuttered.

"Shut up Lita." Phillip said his eyes returning white.

They weren't human... but they're scent was human...

Half human? No... 3/4 human? No... 3/4 of 3/4 human? No.

"Look this is getting boring." the first guy said. "You know we won't leave her alone." he says.

"You'll have to kill us first." Derrel smirked.

"That can be arranged." The guy said again.

Suddenly there was a blast and Eric, Erica, Kylie, Phillip and Derrel were all on the ground.

"E-eh???!!!" I yelled. there was no movement whatsoever.

The guys looked at me.

"A thanks for saving me would be nice." one mumbled.

I was too worried if the others were alive.

"Are they okay?" I ask.

"They'll be fine." another guy said.

The first guy looked at me. he walked towards me... He wasn't human either.

"Be careful around here." he says.

"Your hand." I say looking at it ignoring him.

"Can you believe this chuck?" Another guy chuckled.

"Did you hear me?" he asks.

"Is it hurt?" I say. looking at him worried.

"Look, your life is at risk, do you even care about that?!" he said now yelling.

"And you all put your life at risk for me, which I'm thankful for, but your hand it's injured, are you hurt?" I asked. He stared at me with disbelief.

"And you don't care about dying?" He asks.

"I'm more worried about you guys." I said truthfully "who risks their lives for a stranger? You could have been killed!" I say looking at them.

"She's acting like my mum." a guy mumbled.

"Kinda cute if you ask me." another said. I ignored them as the first guy stared at me.

"You got a mate?" He asked.

I roll my eyes and nod.

"Unfortunately." I say. He looks at me confused.

"Aren't mates supposed to be in love?" he asked. I nod then change the subject.

"Who are you guys?" I ask.

"My names Oakley." a guy smiled

"Owen." another guy said.

"Justin."

"Callum."

"Kirk."

"Ryan."

"And I'm Rex." The first guy said.

"Nice to meet you all." I smile. "my names Lita Moon." I say. Then I think

"You guys aren't human... Nor wolf... So what are you?" I ask

"That's a secret." Owen smiled.

Rex just stared at me.

"You need to be more careful!" He said again.

"And you need to sort that injury out." I say.

I suddenly felt pain. Alex. He was cheating on me.

My wolf cried in pain.

"Why didn't you listen to me?!" She said now yelling.

Those where the last words I heard before I fainted from the pain.
