Niall and I talked for another hour or so before exchanging numbers and biding our goodbyes. I am now at home trying to find an appropriate outfit to wear for Niall's and I's hot chocolate.. date?
I'm not even sure what this is.
I basically have torn apart my entire closet before settling on a pull on sweater, with some Christmas decorations on it, skinny jeans, and a pair of black fluffy boots. Out of all my winter coats I decide on a my long red jacket that reaches towards my knees.
I take my hair out of its braid and let it fall into loose curls on my shoulders and pull on black hat with a fluff ball on top.
I the mists of getting ready I receive a text from my best friend Bailey.

Bailey and I have been best friends since grade 3. We we're placed in the 'neh' program. (Need Extra Help program) And the teacher made the mistake of placing us next to each other. We are now in grade 11th grade so we've been friends for along time.

I smile at our small conversation, put my phone down and check the time. 7:32
Niall said he would text me at 7:35 so any minute.

I pick up my phone and smile at the screen.

10 minutes have passed and he still hasn't showed. I'm beginning to think that he stood m-
Three knocks on the door cut me off from my thinking.
"W-who is it?" I ask hoping it's him.
"Your bestest friend in the whole world and.. Niall Horan?" Bailey says. I open the door the reveal a very confused Bailey and a very nicely dressed Niall.
"Hey, come on in." I say stepping back so they both could enter. Bailey immediately shoots me a look so I shrug.
"Are you ready to go?" Niall asks.
"Where are you going?" Bailey asks looking at both Niall and I.
"We're going on a..."
"A date. I'm taking Adelaide on a date." Niall states. Bailey nods slowly.
"Anyways I was just about to head out what do you need?" I ask Bailey.
"I was wondering if I could borrow your brown boots for my date with Alex." She says.
"You know where they are, lock up when you leave ok?" I asks. She nods quickly so I usher Niall out of my apartment.
"Who was that?" Niall asks once we get into the elevator.
"Bailey? Oh she's my best friend." I say turning and pushing the 1 button. "So where are we going?" I ask.
"Its a surprise." He answers smirking. I groan and wait for the elevator to stop. On the way down I notice Niall's outfit. He's wearing a plain white t-shirt with a dark blue jumper and a winter jacket over it, a pair of tan pants, and a pair of Supras.
"Is something wrong?" Niall asks looking down.
"No, no." I say laughing. "You look dressed for the weather."

After about 20 minutes of walking, blindfolded might I add, we finally come to a stop.
"Can take this off now?" I asks.
