Chappie Twenty

Aiden's POV
I awoke to the sounds of soft snores, snores that I haven't heard of since the past few weeks.

Then I remembered, Hailey was here.

I opened my eyes and found myself face to face with Hailey, she's still asleep.

I found this an opportunity to study her facial features, which led me blushing.

She's absolutely stunning, even though she has been drooling a bit, I still find her cute.

Her soft snores echoed through my ears, but something caught my attention.

"Aiden..." She muttered.

This made me blush.

Is she dreaming about me? Or maybe she's awake and she knows that I've been looking at her like the crazy person that I am.

She kept muttering my name, I just watched her sleep talking until her eyes started to flutter.

I quickly hid my face with the blanket that covered both of us, and tried to cool down my face since I've been blushing furiously.

I heard her yawn and stretched.

"Aiden?" I heard her say.

I felt myself blushing even harder, so I shifted to turn my back towards her.

There was a long silence, Until I felt her sit upright and stood away from the bed.

I heard her footsteps toward the door and closed it behind her.

I waited for a few seconds before slightly removing the blanket from my face, and started to look around just in case she's still here.

Nope. No Hailey.

I fully removed the blanket away from my body and got up.

I heard something move from behind me, but before I could react, something pinned me down on the floor.

It was light, so I rolled over to change our positions.

That something was Hailey.

I'm laying on top of her! I could see her face blush furiously and I could feel myself do the same.

I immediately got off of Hailey.

"S-sorry! I thought you were a thief or something!" I said.

I helped Hailey and saw her still blushing.

She seemed off, so I waved my hand in front of her face.

"Hello? Earth to Hailey?" I said.

She blinked for a few times and looked at me like I was a wild beast or something.

"O-oh! Aiden! Heh." She said, hiding an embarrased face.

I decided to not talk about the embarrasing moment a few seconds ago.

"Morning." I said, smiling at her.
"M-morning." She said, still blushing.

I walked out of the room and started to fix myself in the bathroom when I heard some screaming. More like fangirling to me.

I ran outside of the bathroom and headed to where the noise came from.

"Hailey?! Are you okay?" I said.

I kinda saw an adorable scene where she jumps around like a kid and screaming and such, Until she heard my voice.

She immediately stopped and turned around to look at me.

"Ehm, yes. I'm fine. I just saw a umm..." She said. "A?" I said.

"A lizard! Yeah, a lizard. Heh." She said, embarrased.

"Sure, a lizard." I said with a hint of sarcasm.

She started to laugh nervously and scratched the back of her neck.

"Well, if you see any 'lizards' try not to make a mess while jumping around like a kid. Kay?" I said, making her more embarrased.

"Umm, okay!" She said.

"I'll be downstairs if you need me." I said, waving a hand at her and walking down the staircase.

Man, seeing her embarrased is the cutest thing I ever saw.
