Guys I keep getting messages from random accounts that haven't been around for long about a new writing platform called "dreame" and I don't know whether to trust it or not.
All of the emails are about how they want my book "Bullied by Finn Wolfhard" on their website for other people to read and apparently I could earn money from it.
But like I said the usernames of these promoters are very random and they joined at least 20-24 hours ago with no activity on their accounts at all...
I'm going to do some research into this "Dreame" platform and see reviews and stuff I guess. I was wondering if anyone else has been receiving messages like this?
About 4 people have sent me similar messages and I don't want to be scanned or anything. They provided emails for me to get back in touch with them but it just seems odd.
Update:
Most of the reviews so the app is good but uses a 'coins' method to read chapters and if you run out you have to buy them I guess...idk that's what the review seemed like it was saying.

So I guess what all these people messaging me about "getting paid" from my story means that people have to buy coins to read the next chapter of my story if I published it on there and then I would get some money back from that. However, people have said it's too expensive to buy coins and stuff like that so I feel like it's more of a scam than anything else...
In conclusion, unless you want to scam people (which is wrong) please do not use dreame to publish your stories. I mean you can do what you like that's whatever but I feel like the whole ripping people off just to read a story on another app when it's FREE to read on this app is NOT ok. No matter how much you like money I feel that it's not ok to earn it by making people pay to read the next chapter. It will cost them more money than it would to just publish the story at a printing press and sell it on.
