Am I Wrong?

Chapter 29

June 21:

Last night Cameron and I just watched a few movies and cuddled for the rest of the night. It honestly was an amazing day and I'm so incredibly grateful to have someone like him.

I roll over in bed and look at him. He looks so happy and peaceful. He is kinda of smiling in his sleep which is a tad bit creepy but also makes me wonder what he's dreaming about.

I start to play with his hair and he finally wakes up. He looks at the clock to see that it is 9:30.

"Good Morning Babe." he says and kisses my nose. Before I get the chance to say anything back I am startled by the fire alarm. Cameron's and my eyes go wide and I run to the smell of something burning. In the kitchen. I look around and there is smoke everywhere and Hayes is spraying the sink nozzle onto a pan on the stove top. I start laughing when he is done and plops on the floor.

"Hayes what happened?" I say with a slight laugh while looking around at the mess he made.

"Well I was trying to make everyone breakfast but the eggs ended up a little burnt so decided to make new ones but I dropped them on the floor and it all went downhill from there." He says in defeat.

"Okay well I'm gonna clean up and then drink a smoothie then I want to go on a run so do you want to go?" I say while grabbing a towel from the closet and whipping up the water from the floor.

"I'll go. I need to get back into shape." Cameron says and Hayes nods his head yes.

"Varsity tryouts are in 2 months so I need to start training now." I say and grab a bunch of stuff to put into the blender. They both nod their heads then I walk upstairs with my smoothie to get ready.

I put on my black and pink Adidas running shorts and white t-shirt that I got at a tournament. I put my hair in a high pony tail and brush my teeth and wash my face. I can't stand when girls wear makeup just to work out so I just put on some Chapstick then grab a pair of socks from my suit case along with my Fila running shoes. I grab my headphones and my arm band then walk down stairs to see if the guys are ready.

"Let's go slow pokes." I say while rolling my eyes. They are both putting on their shoes and they look funny because they both put in pink headbands. Cam is wearing a muscle tank which shoes off his arm muscles a little to much and it looks so hot.

We walk outside and walk to the end of the street then I put in my headphones and say "I don't like to talk while I run so I'm listening to music." I say and start to jog. They catch up to my sides and since it's still sort of early it's not too hot. I jog about 2 miles straight then start to walk. I'm pretty sure my face is red and I am dripping sweat but it feels so good to run. I hate running at practice but running in the morning just feels so refreshing.

We finish our run and stop at Starbucks then walk back because we have to meet my family at my house by 3 for the pictures.

When we get back I go shower and put my hair up to dry in a towel then go downstairs to make some food. I grab the first thing I see which is a tortilla and some shredded cheese. Quesadillas are like my weakness. While I'm eating I scroll through all of my social media and reply to a few comments then decide to text Carter to see how his date went. We text for a while then I go upstairs to start getting ready considering it's already 1 and we need to leave at 2:30.

I put on my knee lenght black dress on along with my stud earrings and my white Michael Khors watch. I grab my brown sandals and a jean jacket then I go to the bathroom and turn on the High School Musical radio on the Itunes Music Radio. Yes I absolutely still love High School Musical.

I put on some light neutral colors on my eyelid then add some mascara then brush my teeth to make sure my teeth are white. I then put on my Baby Lips and some lip gloss. I decide to leave my hair natural since it dried straight and I just french braid the front section then bobby pin it back. I walk out of the bathroom to see Cameron getting dressed. He is wearing a white v-neck with some dark blue jeans. He looks super sexy and I am caught staring at him when he walks over to me with a smirk on his face. He leans in to kiss me and I put my hand in front of my lips. When my hand and his lips connect he opens his eyes and furrows his eye brows.

"Hey what was that for?" He says with a pout.

"You can't mess up my makeup. Sorry Babe." I say with a laugh and then I kiss his cheek to make sure that my lip gloss leaves a mark.

I short while later Cameron and I are in the car driving to my family's house and were listening to Shawn's EP because I'm still so obsessed.

When we arrive I go in and give everyone hugs then I sit on the couch next to Cameron and Scott. They are watching the Broncos game. I go on my phone and go on twitter. I tweet a picture that Cam and I took in the car and caption it simply with a 💋

I start to go upstairs to go see what my mom is doing but I hear a bark. I turn around and see the cutest dog ever!

"OMG THERES A DOG! THIS IS THE CUTEST DOG EVER! WHOS DOG IS THIS?!" I scream and start petting the dog.

I hear Tyler come to the top of the stairs and I hear him laugh. "That's Bear. I know, great name, right? We got him yesterday and wanted to surprise you." Hey says with a smile. I pick up Bear and start to pet his head. I walk upstairs to my moms bathroom where she is putting on her makeup and she is wearing a long dress. I go sit next to her on her vanity and we just make small talk.

A little while after that we leave and we arrive at the bridge about 30 minutes later. We say hi to the photographer who is my moms close friend from college. We start off with a few shots of just the 4 kids in a few different spots on the bridge then we bunch more with the whole family. Each kid takes pictures with each parents and after that Cameron and I take a few. I have my mom take a few on my phone just to have them. We walk down on a trail to a little stream with rocks and trees then take a bunch more shots.

About 2 hours later we walk back up to the car and say thank you to the photographer. She is going to send us each a disc with all of the photos on it and we can then later go through and see which ones we like.

When we get back to my house we decide to go out for dinner at Chillis. Cameron and I ride in my car with Rob and Tyler and on the way there Rob asks a weird question.

"So have you to had sex?" He asks as if he just asked what my favorite color is. Cam and I look at each other with straight faces then I burst into laughter then turn to Rob. "Umm that's none of your business and I think we should be asking you that. Teens these days are losing their virginity so young."

"I am but my dick isn't." he says and I roll my eyes then everyone starts to laugh.

When we arrive we are seated and I order strawberry lemonade and Cajun chicken pasta which is my favorite thing from Chillis. I order something for Hayes so we can bring him something home since he's been home alone since like 2 this afternoon and it's already 7.

We all talk and just bring up old memories and laugh. I love nights like these where everyone is happy.

On the drive home we listen to the Top Hits songs on the radio and before we know it were home.
