Am I Wrong?

Chapter 32

Still June 26:
"Elena wake up!" I hear as I start to open my eyes slowly. When they are fully open I see Cameron. I look around and see Hayes sitting next to him. I sit my head up from Cameron's lap and try to remember what happened. As I gain my memory my heart beat increases and my breathe does the same.
"Elena it's okay he can't hurt you anymore." Cameron says pulling me into his chest and rubbing my back. I start to tear up. I release Cameron and look at Hayes. He has a black eye.
"What happened? How long was I out? Where did Jack go? When did you get home? What time is it?" I say trying to figure everything out.
"Elena calm down. Everything is going to be okay. I got home about 30 minutes ago. It is 11:45 right now and Hayes woke up right after I got home. Jack was in the parking lot when I pulled in and I knew something happened. So I laid him out and called the cops. He was arrested for assault and attempted robbery. He will be locked up for the next 15 years. He can't hurt you anymore." Cameron says
"I can't believe this." I whisper to myself. I start tearing up and slowly stand up. "We need to get you and Hayes to the hospital just to make sure you guys don't have a concussion." Cameron says while helping me up slowly. "No babe I'm fine. Hayes are you okay? What happened to you? What did he do to you?"
"Well when you went in the kitchen I heard a noise in my room so I went in to see what it was and then I was hit from behind and woke up with a headache. But now I am okay." Hayes said.
"Okay well the cops want us to go down to the station to give them a statement." Cameron says.
After cleaning up and finally making my smoothie we all head down to the station which is about 15 minutes away.
After giving our statements and talking for about 2 hours we head home. I am so tired, but I'm excited for dinner tonight.
At about 6 o'clock I start getting ready since we had to meet the parents at 7. We are going to Bjs tonight which is like my favorite restaurant.
I curl my hair in loose curls then shake my head out to make them looser. I apply mascara and lip gloss. I use my dark MAC Paintpot to add some color to my eye lid. I slip on my white and blue dress with my white and silver sandals. (Pic of dress and shoes above) I know it's a lot of white but my long brown hair evens it out.
When we arrive at Bjs, my family and Cameron's family are there. This is the first time all of them have officially met so let's see how this goes.
"Elena I love your dress!" Sierra says to me while pulling me into a hug. I say thank you and compliment her hair which is always PERFECT! Totally not fair.
I sit next to Evan and Cameron then order a Dr. Pepper.
Dinner flies by and we talk about what happened today, old memories, embarrassing child hood stories, and the future for Magcon. Since its summer right now and the tour continues into the year I think I gonna do online school to finish high school but we don't know yet.
We get home and I take off my sandals and run upstairs to put on some sweats and a tank top.
I grab my phone charger and run back downstairs. I am about to sit down but I feel an arm grab my hand. I am pulled in face to face with the boy I fell in love with. I puts his hands my on cheeks and pulls me in for a kiss. I kiss back and we both pull away and I smile at him. He still gives me butterflies till this day. He sits down on the couch and I sit next to him and lean into his chest to cuddle. We turn on the movie The Neighbors which I heard was very sexual but whatever. I fall asleep about half way through the movie then I feel someone carrying me upstairs and I am gently laid down on the bed. I turn around and open my eyes slowly to see Cameron laying down eyes closed.
He opens one eye with a smile.
"Goodnight Babe." he says and pulls me into his bare chest. His chest is warm and makes me feel safe.
"Goodnight Cam" I say and kiss his jaw.

June 27:
When I woke up at 5:30 I got ready and got dressed in some leggings and a hoodie. I put my UGG slippers on which I planed on wearing on the plane. I woke up Cameron and Hayes then made a smoothie. It was now 6:15 and we had to leave by 6:30 so I ran upstairs to make sure I had everything packed and ready for SF. I grabbed my oversized purse/carry on bag, and my suit case but someone from behind me grabbed the suit case out of my hand. I turned around and smiled.
"Cameron, I'm a big girl, I can carry my own luggage." I say standing with my hand on my hip.
"Yes I know but what kinda of boy friend would I be if you carried your own bags." He said putting his hand in his hip mimicking me. I rolled my eyes and laughed.
By 6:45 were in the car and at the Starbucks drive through. I rarely get a hot drink, even on cold days like today, so I got a salted carmel frappepacino. Hayes got a hot chocolate and Cameron got a lemonade.
We were at the airport by 7:30 and at our gate by 8:10. I sat down and logged into the airport WIFI then went on Twitter. I took a selfie with the boys then posted it and captioned it: San Fran here we come ⭐️💗
