I can barely believe that we were living in the same place for two weeks, but it was a clear sign that the business was good. My so awesome and intelligent graduated in two different degrees older brother was so focused at work that didn't spend any time at the New York parties that his spoiled friends gave. I was about to live in his shadow for the rest of my life, but I was proud of him. I walked down the stairs only to find my two brothers and Jason playing video games.
"Dude, it's 8 am, did you sleep here?" I asked confused still wearing pajamas.
"What? No." He keeps it his attention on the screen. "Vincent called me to play video-games and I didn't have anything better to do on a Saturday morning."
"Did you tried to sleep?" I sat by Victor's side on the sofa, who was also not giving me attention.
"Who needs to sleep when it has Call of Duty?!" Vincent said killing some soldiers with his joystick.
"But I'm pretty sure you don't have it..." I said looking to the fully suited up Victor.
"And I don't, but Jason has!" His smile was big.
"Taiwan Mom doesn't let him play violent games," Victor said also killing soldiers. "Whenever we tried to buy it something happens."
"Superstitious, she's probably just tracing our credit cards." I rolled my eyes seeing dad also in a full suit. "Morning Daddy."
"Morning kiddo." He kissed my hair. "Good to see you, Jason."
"Good morning uncle Koh." Jason barely looked at my father.
Jason's presence at my house was so common that even my father acted as he lived here and my father himself said to Jason call him uncle instead of Mr. Koh. I'm pretty sure it was some tactics to adopt Jason to this family, but I don't know who started this weird plan. But either way, I was happy to have friends' good friends that my family liked, and it wasn't my cousin. My dad never questioned the fact of why my new friend group only had boys and he didn't need to since I always was the only girl in our house, well besides his wives.
"Call of Duty, I don't want to attend your mother weird call like she pretends not to stalk you." Even Dad believed in the Stalker theory. "I'm pretty sure that none of you didn't eat breakfast, so let's eat."
We all sat at the dinner table and started to eat and discuss nothing with nothing almost like a normal family. In the past two weeks, we ate almost every breakfast together which was irritant but good.
"Do you guys have any important meeting today?" I said looking at the Burberry suits that I gave then last Christmas. "I can see you're wearing an 'overly' expensive suits and Armani shoes."
"I beet it's to see investors," Jason said digging the toast. "You only wear a Burberry to show you have a safe and rich business, this can trespass confides and serious attitude in your work."
"This says 'If you don't invest in me you'll lose money'." I completed him taking the strawberry jelly of his hand.
"You saw thin only by seeing my suit?" Victor asked confused. "I can see why you two are friends."
"They're perfect for each other!" Vincent exclaimed making me confused.
"Anyways, yes, we have an important meeting today with investors from France," Dad said like he didn't want anything. "You should come to Victoria; your draws are very good, and your French is impeccable."
"Oh Appa, I wish I could but me, Jason, and our friends we already have plans for the whole weekend." I lied smiling and kicked Jason's leg.
"We're planning to go the Central Park this morning." I was glad that he can be a smooth liar. "Want to go with us, Vince?"
