His face was a flushing red just like mine, but I don't know if it was due to embarrassment or alcohol. Mine was a mix between the two. We're at the same table as all our friends but for some reason now it was just the two of us. No awkward situation, just to friends chilling and drinking until I look at his face and more specifically to his damn lips.

"It's not my fault." The words came out of my mouth.

"What isn't your fault?" He asked confused.

"That your parents made a very good job making you!" I said in a serious tone before starting to have a lazy laugh.

"Are you hitting on me?" The boy asked the obvious question.

"What. If. I. Am?" I said slowly pointing his nose.

"Then I'll have to take any action." The drunk man said convicted. "Because I'm a man of... of..."

"Action?" I completed it for him.

"Yes! Action!"He didn't seem like he was going to take an action. "And I'm not doing this because I'm drunk! Because I'm, and you know that!"

"Doing what?" Now I was confused.

But the confusion almost washed away when Jason looked his lips onto mine. Jason's lip was soft, tasted like champagne, and moved in slow motion making my inner hoe put my hands on his neck and moving my lips in sync.

"Raise your head Princess, otherwise the crown will fall," Jason said putting the crown back to my head.

"I'm not a princess, I'm a Queen," I said in a demanding tone. "The Queen in your heart!" I gave him an exaggerated wink.

I woke up from the weirdest dream of my life where I kiss my best friend at my birthday party and now looking at my bedroom I think that I need to pray more.

"I'm a fucking weirdo!" I screamed at my pillow. "What the hell is wrong with me?!"

I didn't have any more time to panic from this strange situation and got up to take a bath and wash away all my nasty and sinned thought. I couldn't tell this to anyone or Jason and the boys would laugh at me until the day I die. And today I preferred to be dead.

I put on a red dress for the Lunar New Year for the lunch that was being held in my house for all my relatives that were in town. And sadly, because of my birthday, a lot of them were here for a special date.

"Victoria, Darling. I was asking when you were going to joying us." Deidra, my uncle Augst wife, asked. "Thankfully it still has daylight, I thought you were going to wake up only by the night due to the state you were last night."

"I'm doing completely fine aunt, thank you," I lied with a smile. "But seeing how the Twins are sleeping on our couch, I guess they drunk more than they could take."

"Guessing if it was only alcohol..." Emili whispered but was loud enough for everyone to hear.

"I don't see Cami anywhere..." I looked around for my cousin and this at least made Deidra shut up.

"Please don't talk about a hangover," Victor said drinking herbal tea. "This is for you the New Year." He gave me a red envelope probably full of cash or with a fat check, either way, it was money. "And this is your birthday gift that I forgot to gave you yesterday."

"You're giving me a car?" I asked looking at the car keys he gave me. "Do you realize that I can just take an Uber or ask our driver to take me anywhere nor that I don't have a license?"

"Yes I do, also know that you already know how to drive and that in this country you're considered mature and old enough to drive so just shut up and accept it." Victor rolled his eyes after saying the truth.

"Thank you, brother!" I smiled and kissed his cheek.

For the Chinese New Year was one of the only holidays that my father gave all the employees a day off and we are allowed to skip school.

The best part of the New Year tradition was receiving the red envelopes full of cash, after receiving two envelopes from each elder, one for my birthday and the other for the New Year, I did have money enough to buy a really nice apartment in Upper East Side.

The second one was, or the most irritating one was making dumplings. I love to eat dumplings and make them but that requires a bond family time, and that could be hell. This time most of us were here, at least everyone that was at the party. Even Camilla arrived and a few minutes my uncle Taemin arrived like they didn't come together, but we had the decent of pretending we didn't notice.

"Victoria, can you take the door?" My father said after someone hit the doorbell.

"Sure, daddy," I said trying to clean all the flour in my hands and opening the main door.

"Before you ask," Jason whispered when he saw my face. "Your dad invited me, and I don't think I could say no."

"No one can." I understood immediately.

The boy was wearing a red hoodie and a black jeans jacket. It was simple but it suited him. In his hands, he was holding a box full of fresh oranges. I think someone searched for Chinese traditions but didn't make it right.

"Why did you bring those oranges?" I asked confused trying not to remember the dream.

"I didn't want to came with an empty hand and Ryan said it was a good tradition taking oranges." He explained uncertainly.

"Not for the New Year, only if..." My face was probably red by now.

"Are you okay, your face is red..." Jason said putting a hand on my forehead. "You don't seem to have a fever..."

"I'm fine, just be ready for an awkward situation and..." I calmed down. "Don't listen to Ryan anymore."

It's super late here so I'll have part 2 released by tomorrow, probably... Happy New Lunar Year and listen to Taemin WANT!
