When they got back from Venice Bucky stayed with her all weekend as they continued to have sex with each other. Sunday night they kissed all the way down to his car and he said "Mmm I'll leave her I"ll divorce her just so I can' be with you all the time baby cause I want you all the time." in between kisses.
She said "Mmm you do that baby cause I want you to fuck me like that every night." in between kisses.
She put her arms around his neck and she whispered "Please do that for me I don't want to be your side chick."
"Mmm baby doll I would never make you a side chick." he said
She smiled and grabbed his cheeks and kissed him. "See you in the morning baby." he whispered
"See you in the morning." She said with a pouty face.
"I know baby I don't want to go but I have to baby but I promise I will leave her." he said as he got in his car.
She said "Okay."
The next morning she was already at the office at 8 AM Bucky was at his house and he said "Rachel.. I want to get a divorce." as he walked into the kitchen.
"James.." she said
"I'm not happy with you." he said
She looked down and said "I figured you have been taking more trips then you were in the beginning."
"Well that was because business was still starting up. But yeah I'm not happy here I just I feel how I felt with Natalie so please forgive me Rachel. Besides you want someone whose home all the time and I can't give you that." he said
"Okay.' she said
Bucky walked out and went to work when he came in he said "Hey Lindsey get me and Barton and Wilson Law Firm on the phone please."
"Yes Mr Barnes." she said and she got them on line for him then transferred it to him. She heard him in his office as he filed for divorce on the phone. She came in and sat down on his lap as he continued his conversation. After 45 minutes on the phone with Sam he hit the button to close and lock his office door.
He pulled up pent houses and he said "Time to get you out of the cramped apartment."
"Hey I like my apartment." she said
He kissed her and he said "I know that but it's me and you baby so we need a bigger place."
"Okay." she said
They started to make a list of penthouses that they wanted to look at and then he sat up an appointment with his sister to go look at them that weekend. Two days after he filed his divorce papers Rachel got them and signed then sent them back to his lawyer. Bucky moved his stuff to Lindsey's apartment till they were able to find a penthouse.
