Panem High ➸ Chapter 23
• Wednesday •
Katniss' POV
I'm getting dressed and having my make-up and hair done. I've already been told how it's gonna go. I'm gonna go on, then I'll intoduce them one-by-one, Peeta and Gale will be last.
I'm now finished and head over to the interview. I'm dressed in a white and pink dress, the top half is like a crop top with patterns on it and is joined to a pink high low skirt, I have white wedges on. My hair is curled and in it's natural ways, it's split in half and falls down each side of my face with a pink clip in the right side to keep my side fringe out of my eyes.
I head onto the stage as Ceasar has just called me on.
"Well don't you look beautiful!" He exclaims.
I laugh. "Thank you Ceasar" I say hugging him, we then sit down. There is a big long couch next to me, I'm sat on the single couch.
"Now then, how's the Capitol been?" He asks.
"Fine! I've been busy with work yesterday but my friends are having an amazing time!" I say smiling.
Annie's POV
Were all really nervous to go on. Madge is going on first, then Delly, Rosie, Me, Finnick, Clove, Cato, Glimmer, Marvel, Gale then Peeta.
Katniss makes it look so easy! She just smiles and replies easily! She'll be talking the most though thank god!
"Now, shall we bring out your friends, I'm dying to meet them!" Ceasar exclaims.
"Okay then! First is Madge Undersee!" Katniss says standing.
Madge walks on smiling and goes and sits down after hugging Ceasar. Were all wearing name tags so it's easier instead of Ceasar remembering all out names.
"Second is Delly Cartwright!"
Delly walks on, hugs Ceasar and sits next to Madge.
"Third is Rosie Hill!"
Rosie walks on and does the same.
"Next is Annie Cresta!"
I walk on smiling, I hug Ceasar and sit next to Rosie.
"Next is Finnick Odair!"
Finnick comes on smiling and waving, he shakes hands with Ceasar then sits next to me.
"Then it's Clove Swords!"
Clove walks on, hugs Ceasar and sits next to Finnick.
"Next is Cato Harries!"
He walks in shakes Ceasar's hand and sits next to Clove.
"Followed by Glimmer Walters!"
She walks on waving and smiling, hugs Ceasar then sits next to Cato.
"Then Marvel Hope!"
He walks on, shakes hands with Ceasar and sits next to Glimmer.
"Next is one boy whose been my best friend since I was just 8 years old! Gale Hawthorne!"
He walks on, Katniss hugs him, he then goes and shakes hands with Ceasar and sits down next to Glimmer.
"Anyone else?" Ceasar says shocked.
"No, that's all!" Katniss says.
What? What about Peeta? We all look at each other confused.
"Oh wait! I totally forgot one! Please welcome, Bread Boy! aka Peeta Mellark!" She says laughing obviously teasing everyone.
