• one week after the operation •
Peeta's POV
Katniss is still in hospital as their still waiting for the wound to heal before she goes back to the Capitol. None of us have seen her since the day she told us she was having an "operation". So we've decided to go and visit her.
We all go to Finnick's to meet and go over in his car as he has a 10 seater car.
I think i'm the last to get there as I see all the others sitting outside on the lawn waiting for me.
"Where have you been baker boy?" Johanna asks.
"I got held up by Rye and Michael, cause my parents are away they're in charge of me so they were questioning where I was going and they are kinda meeting us there as they wanna meet Kat cause they haven't met her" I say.
"Come on then! Everyone get in" Finnick says.
We all get in and head to the hospital.
~ at the hospital ~
Once we've parked we meet my brothers by the entrance waiting for us.
"Hey Rye, Michael!" Annie says.
"hey Ann!" Michael says.
We all head in and I go the the desk.
"Hi, Katniss Everdeen?"
"Room 235"
"Thanks" I say then walk over to the group.
"Come on!" I say walking down the corridor
We carry on walking until we get to her room, room 235. I knock.
"Come in!" I hear a voice shout.
I open the door and walk in followed by the others. "Hey Kat"
She immediately brings her head up and looks in out direction.
"What did I tell you?" She says
"I know, but we wanted to see if you were okay"
"I'm fine, what do you think was gonna happen?!" She snaps.
"Are we not aloud to see our friend then?!" I say.
"No! I specifically said not to come near me again! I'm dangerous and a danger to all of you. Now go!" She snaps.
Rye and Michael walk through the door. "hey Peet!"
"Who the hell are they?" She says then folds her arms over her stomach.
"Their my brothers" I state. "They wanted to meet you, Kat this is Rye and Michael. Rye and Micheal this is Kat" I say gesturing to them.
"Your hot" Micheal says. I slap him.
"Thanks. I've heard that enough already since I was 13 so shut up" She states.
"Wait, your Katniss Everdeen!" Rye says.
"Shut up!" She growls.
"I'm only telling you the truth" Michael says.
"A lot of other people do to, like I said, since I was 13" She snaps.
"Do you even know who your talking to Michael?" Rye says.
"No.." Michael says.
"Katniss Everdeen, Victor of the 70th Hunger Games Quater Quell at aged 12!"
