Chapter 11

It was now seven o'clock and me and Te were just now pulling up at the restaurant Zeek asked us to meet him at. After taking ny car to the valley we entered giving Zeek last name to the hostess she pointed to the table where I could see Zeek and mother sitting talking abd waiting making our way over Zeek looked up We waved he smiled I gave my mom a side hug and kissed her cheek Te followed suite and I did the same with Zeek then took my seat on the other side of the table next to Tiana.  "We already ordered for you Mila Te you have to order your own you to picky" My mom said I chuckled ad Te smacked her lips "Yall not go keep doing me" soon as the waiter came she ordered her food and chatted it p until all the plates came and let me tell yall Te looked like a kid on Christmas getting her food.

After dinner desert came I got a brownie with ice cream on top Te got some strange shit she asked the waiter to tell the chef to make. But I think the best part was when my mother dessert came she ordered a red velvet cupcake but hers cam with something a little special on top which was a round diamond ring. She turned to Zeek "Isaiah what's this" She asked shocked he smiled taking the ring off the cupcake and getting on one knee "Brenda you know I couldn't believe when we reconnected your were my love in high school and when I had to leave it killed me but now that we are here together I mever want to let you go again so with the permission of your two daughters that I have grown to love as my own I have to ask Brenda Lanai Harris will you marry me" My mom wiped her face laughing "Of course I will" he put the ring on kissed her lips and the restaurant cheered I smiled and hugged them both "I'm so happy for you mommy" She kissed my cheek "Thank you baby" I grabbed Tiana hand "Now since its all done we leaving so y'all love birds can have the house to your selves don't do nothing I wouldn't do" I laughed at Tiana and we left. I truly am happy for my mother I'm glad she found someone.

*The Next Day*

After Zeek proposed last night I dropped Te back at Mere house and I went back to Kam house I woke up early to make her and Kah breakfast "What you doing up so early" I jumped at the sound of Kam voice "You scared me but I was making you and my baby bunny breakfast" She laughed and walked over to me and kissed my cheek "You knoe you ain't have to" "I know but I wanted to" hearing the patter of little feet made me look towards the stairway "Mommy you cooking" I laughed "No Kah I'm not" Kam answered "I know your not mama I was talking to my mommy bunny" I stopped every thing I was doing and looked at Kam she shrugged so I looked back at a smiling Kahlia "Why you calling me mommy Kah" She giggled "Because you do things a mommy would do for me like cook and pick me up from school you even took me trick or treating you do my hair and tuck me in you love like a mommy should so why not" She said shrugging at the end "Kam say something" I said turning to her all this was catching me by surprise I mean me and jam only been together for three months I didn't know if she was ok with this "She's right you do treat her like she yours and she loves and adores you so if she's ok with calling you mommy I'm fine with it we both know I love you so it's up to you" I turned back to Kah and thought to myself why not I mean they right I love this little girl to death so hey "Yes baby bunny I'm making you and mama breakfast" She smiled and went to sit down I turned back to Kam "And you Ms. James I love you too" I said smiling she pecked my lips "Good now I'm going to go get me and our baby ready" I nodded and finished with the food.

After everyone was done eating and dressed we all left I took Kah to school while Kam went to work Tiana already texted me saying Mere was dropping her off so I was good. After dropping my baby of I stopped to get me a iced coffee today was career day and I had to make sure I had something to keep me up. After the long lectures and boring conversations of what colleges people were going to me and Te couldn't wait to get to lunch if I would've known they were going to have the college booths as well I would've stayed home. "Te you ok with going o sonic"  asked walking to the car she didn't answer "Tiana" I said when she didn't answer I stopped to turn abd look at her she was staring off when looked to follow her eyes I couldn't believe my eyes either I just laughed to myself and tapped her arm signaling her to come on.

Kam.....

It was now lunch time and me and Mere suppose to meet at TGIFridays to iron out some details for the business. Not many people know about our business we have I never told a female I dated and neither did she but Bria found out she a conniving thing she walked in on us doing talking to a couple investors I told her to leave but knowing her she stayed by the door and listened soon as the meeting was over bitch was asking to go on shopping sprees and trips I laughed hoes find out you got money and expect you to cash them out. Soon as I made it yo my car I sighed you can't think or speak this bitch name with out her popping up "Bria move" I said with out looking at her she laughed "That's funny but no so Alicia tell are you really that desperate" I looked up at her confused "What you talking about" her smile grew wider "I'm talking about you dating your student Ms. James" I chuckled "And where do you get that from" "I did a little research look if you want to keep yo little fling a secret give me a call by midnight if not tomorrow morning you will be headlining as a petifile" I sighed she smirked then looked past me before I could turn my head to see what see was looking at she grabbed my face and kissed me. I pushed her off "What the fuck was that" She smiled "I was sealing a deal" I almost hit her I pushed her off my car and hung my head low seeing Lola car speed off.
