with all the shock, I felt as if I could pass out at any moment and they let me go sit down and called up Mr. pike.

"Mr. Pike. What do you have to say?"

"well... if you guys still thought I was Mr. Matthews, I would of said "I didn't do anything! she's a troubled child!" but... nope."

"why? why'd you it?" the man asked.

"because I like power. I like knowing that people are scared of me. that they have nightmares about me. That I have CONTROL over them." he said with a casual tone.

"earlier when detective stabler and detective benson interigated you, you wouldn't confess. Why aren't you denying anything?"

"eh, cuz... It'd be pointless. you guys already KNOW I did it."

"how many?" the Man asked, and without him having to explain, we all.knew What he was talking about.

"462. I was going for 500."

the court stared at the man in shock. The questioner looked quite nauseas at this point.

"wha...462 women?! that's just... sick."

"hey, I'm wanted in 29 states for a reason man. Well... NOW 29...and I don't waste time. Now if We're done here. I'd like to get comfy in my jail cell." he said and almost stood up.

"not yet. Where's Mr. Matthews and Mrs. hart?"

"where I put all the others."

"and that is?"

"You really expect me to just TELL you? I may be going to jail but I'm not stupid. Your the professionals, YOU find them."

Jason came down from the stand, and I then noticed how he DIDN'T even look like Mr. Matthews. He had slightly lighter hair, slightly darker skin and just like Topanga said... his nose was different.

"ok, I've come to the obvious conclusion..." the judge spoke up "that Mr. pike, is guilty and will be sentenced to death by injection. court dismissed."

"dang it! I don't even get a jail cell?!" I heard Jason shout as the police men began taking him away.

"hey maya! don't worry about your mother! shes dead!" Jason yelled as he was being dragged away and I heard him chuckle under his breath.

was she really dead? I thought feeling my heart sink.

Just then farkle turned to me and gave me a long embrace. "congradulations... I knew you could do it."

"thanks." was all I could say in the shock of the moment. 

"Hey, maya. congrats." I heard behind me and I turned to see riley.

"thanks...look, I'm sorry about that whole Lucas thing... I shouldve known it was you two who had the chemestry..." I started only to be cut off.

"no, I'M sorry. I called dibs on a guy And never asked you how you felt... and then got mad at you when you told me the truth." riley explained.

"well, Lucas told me he likes you."

"he did?" riley asked perking up making me giggle.

"yes." I answered.

"and... I'm sorry, I didn't believe you with the whole thing about Mr. Pike."

"its ok Riley." I replied begining to get a little annoyed from all of the apologies. "and thank you for standing up for me earlier."

"your welcome."

"so... we're good?"

I smiled. "we're good." I agreed and hugged her.
