I looked over and saw a black figure just standing there.

"everyday, every hour, turn the pain into power." it repeated.

I stared at the figure and part of me actually hoped it was my mom, but I knew my mother was taller.

"when you been fighting for it all your life
you been struggling to make things right
that's how a superhero learns to fly." me and missy sang along with the figure and I realised who the voice belonged to.

All of a sudden, just as the song finished, the lights went up and there standing was... RILEY!

"riley!" I shouted running up and hugging her.

"your ok!" missy said visibley qrelieved as she walked over and gave riley a hug as well.

We all got off stage.

"where were you?" farkle asked.

"in the bathroom."

"knew it!" I heard missy say.

I felt my face go blank. "are you serious?" I asked.

"no." riley replied with a smirk. "I'm kidding."

"are you serious?!" missy said.

"What happened?" I asked.

"well... I was in my dressing room, when I hear auggie yelling for help."

"they grabbed me!" auggie shouted.

"I went out and found auggie around a corner." Riley explained. "I followed him and then someone grabbed me from behind."

"turns out pike had some friends who werent done with you guys." I heard a voice say and I looked over to see Elliot and Olivia standing there.

"this young man found riley and her brother auggie in a dark alley, chained up." Elliot said and gestured to a boy, Lucas, who was standing next to auggie.

"don't worry, that's all they did to me and auggie." riley said. "that and they said to be a good machine when the time comes."

"good thing Lucas here heard something and contacted the nearest adult for help who actually turned out to be us." Olivia said.

"thank you." I said to the detectives. "so where ARE the skunk bags?"

"they're already being driven to the station. Don't worry, theyre doing time for kidnapping." elliot said.

"well we better get going" Olivia said. "good luck with your consert."

"thanks!"

"So? I hear farkle kissed you. is that true?" Riley said with a teasing smile.

I looked over and saw farkle kinda blushing and I felt my cheeks warm up.

"ill take that as a yes." Riley said and squealed.

I looked over at Lucas, my OLD crush who was talking to little auggie.

"What did I ever see in that guy?" I asked myself.

"I hope nothing anymore cuz hes taken." Riley said and gave me a look.

"wait a second..."

"thats right, Lucas asked me out!" Riley squealed.

"congrats! I guess we both went from single ladies, to taken ladies." I chuckled.

"taken ladies with adult supervision." Mr. Matthews cut in.

Riley turned to me missy and farkle. "come on guys! we gonna do this or What?"

"Yeah we are!" missy shouted and we all got on stage.

"Sorry." I said into the mic. "we had a... situation."

I looked over to see farkle pluging in his guitar and Riley who was getting a microphone from missy and gave her a nod.
