Madison's POV
"Well it's good news for you"-me
"What does that mean?"-Anna
"It means me and Russell are over what I thought was forever wasn't"-me
You could see the smile trying to form on here face.
"What happened?"-Anna
"He cheated on me and got the girl pregnant"-me
"Oh sweetie I'm so sorry"-Anna
Why is she being so sympathetic, she hates the fact that I chose Russell over them. Unless it only because she actually cares, and she's trying to make everything right again , I'm unsure, but I'll take what I can get.
She walks over opens up her arms and gives me a hug, so I lean into her. It feels very abnormal, very different, but yet so familiar, it's peaceful.
The hug last only a few moments . Then we're back to being awkward and angry.
"I'm sorry to cut it short but I have a flight to catch and I have get back to my baby so I'll call you guys soon and maybe I'll come home sometime"-me
"You're running away from all your problems again"-Anna
"Excuse me"-me
"You're doing the exact same thing you did five years ago"- Anna
"No I'm not, I'm leaving because I have to get back home"
"No you're running away again"-Anna "well maybe I shouldn't have come here clearly you don't care about me anymore so why be around people who don't love and support me" I snap back at her and leave.
