"Phew...that first phase had me out of breath just watching you, 8." Pearl said.
"First? FIRST?" Agent 8 shouted, "You mean there is more to this hell?!"
"Now now, 8. Try to relax." Marina said.
Agent 8 took a deep breath. There really is more to this place... he thought. He landed in the room of the second phase. "An octocopter..." 8 murmured, "I remember when I used to fly one of those." He looked around, "Now...where do I go..."
"Try getting the octocopter to break those boxes up ahead!" Marina said. 8, nodding, lured the octocopter to the boxes. "Look, a key!" Marina cheered.
8 grabbed the key, and headed for the vault nearby. He opened it with the key, and activated the switch. "Let's go." 8 said, diving into an inkrail. He swam through the whole pathway, dodging missiles along the way.
"8, I am detecting a weapon somewhere around here." Marina said. Sure enough, a can greeted him. He grabbed it. "Splat bombs!" Marina cheered.
Better than nothing. 8 thought. He flew back to the main room, inking another switch with a splat bomb. He ran into the next area, taking out 3 enemies with one bomb. He threw another bomb, moving a platform along in the area. "8! Look o-" Marina tried to warn him, but it was too late. 8 got knocked back by an attack. He clung to the platform for dear life. He peeked up to see the source. An octohurler. I have to get back up. 8 thought, grunting as he started to pull himself.
The octohurler launched another rolonium attack at him.
8 jumped into the air. He threw another bomb. "Take this!" He shouted, and the octohurler blew up. Phew. 8 thought. He continued on, moving more platforms. He seen another can.
"Another weapon." 8 said. 8 threw a bomb, and then another.
"Go Agent 8!" Pearl said, as 8 swam to the opposite side, rolling to the can. An Octo Shot. All too familiar. He thought as he grabbed the Octo Shot. He used a launchpad back to the main room again, taking the final path he hadn't taken.
"Let's keep going. We don't have time to spare." Agent 8 said, as he continued to the next phase.
