THE HYBRID"JUST WAIT IN THE car," Elena said to her twin, who was sitting in the passenger's seat texting her new friend who she met at her birthday a few nights ago. Turns out she was really funny. "You sure you don't want me to come with you?" Aria asked, raising an eyebrow. "I'm not sure if I trust you and Damon. Alone." Elena rolled her eyes. "Oh, shut up and eat your Cheetos." She mentioned to the bag sitting on her lap. Shrugging, she popped one in her mouth and crunched on it.
Elena again, rolled her eyes and stepped out of the vehicle. She watched her walk into the boarding house without looking back. Glancing down at her phone again, she chuckled at the last message Mariah sent. Ten minutes later Elena was walking out of their home, arms folded, a mad look strewn on her face. Aria sighed. "What did he say?" "Well, I told him Stefan called. He barely believed it." Aria rolled her eyes. "He's just hurting. We all are..."
Elena started the ignition. "Cheetos?" Before Elena pulled out of the driveway, she sent a glare towards her way. Aria shrugged and ate a handful, licking her lips and ended it with a smirk. "You're disgusting," Elena shook her head. "I know." She shrugged.

Aria and Elena stood outside of Alaric's apartment.
Aria knocked on the door once, she was ignored. "Go away, Damon!" Aria sighed, pursing her lips. She's just gonna keep knocking till he answers her. Alaric sighed, sitting up from his bed and finally answered the door. He was surprised to see the girls standing there. He noticed Aria was wearing the necklace he had bought her for her birthday. He smiled a little.
"Hi," Elena said.
"Hey." Aria grinned a little.
"You're uh, not who I expected." Alaric said. "I need you to tell me what you know about Stefan and Tennessee." Elena said. "Way to keep it settled," Aria murmured. "Did you miss the part where I checked out on all of this?" Aria made herself at home and sat on the bed. The bed where held a lot of important memories. Elena walked in and sat next to Aria. Well, that wasn't awkward... "Come on, Ric. Whatever Damon knows, you know," Aria said. It was only the truth. They had some weird bond going on she couldn't explain. She remembers when Damon killed him, and now they're friends. Funny how things work out that way. "Ask Damon," he said.
"Yeah, but Damon's not exactly in the mood to help right now." Elena said. "Yeah, his fake girlfriend died," Aria muttered. "For good reason. Because it's not safe for you or Aria when Stefan's off the rails."
"Yeah, but he's still holding onto his humanity, which means he can still be saved." Elena said.
She was trying. So hard to save him. "And why do you have to be the one to save him?" Aria looked around Alaric's apartment, remembering when she spent most of her days here when everything was going crazy in her life. The good and bad times she stopped by. "Because I'm not the kind of person who checks out. Look, he would never give up on me. I'm not gonna give up on him. Tell me what you know, Ric. Please." She was begging.
It took everything in her to not drop down on her knees. "They've been tracking werewolves, and Klaus. All over the eastern seaboard. We thought we had em' just outside of Memphis..." he said. Aria bit her lower lip. Caught? It's like they were tracking down a bad guy. Although, Klaus was the bad guy.
