"AHH! GOD FREAKING' DAMMIT!" Aria hissed, when a balloon popped in her face as she tried to hang it on Caroline's locker. The students turned to look at her, she shrugged them off and focused on getting Caroline's locker ready for her birthday with Elena. "Son of a bitch that was loud."

Elena chuckled, shaking her head as she taped a streamer across the locker. "Where is Bonnie, anyway? She said she'd be here soon." Speaking of Bonnie, the witch walked up right behind the girls.

"Hey, sorry I'm late... I got... held up." "It's okay. We just got here too. Could you pass me the other balloons? Aria is popping them all." The brunette narrowed her eyes. "I am not," she frowned. Bonnie chuckled, handing her best friend the balloons.

"Thanks. Why are you running late?"

"I was working on some new spells. You?"

"Working out with Alaric. He was training me and when I got back home Aria was still asleep." "It's not my fault that I can't sleep at night." She smacked a streamer on the locker. "And there's something we need to tell you, you're not gonna like it." Aria said.

"What happened?"

"Well," she began, glancing at her twin. "Jeremy is gonna be leaving town for a while. He will stay with our old family friends in Denver until this whole Klaus thing will blow over." "Jeremy wouldn't just let you deal with Klaus on your own." "I know, I asked Damon to compel him." Elena said. "You what?" Aria looked down, licking her lips. "I know, Bonnie, but it's not safe for him anymore. Leaving will give him a better life. The only reason we're telling you is because I know that you two haven't really talked and worked your stuff out. And I thought you'd wanna say goodbye." Not to mention Ric getting hit by Tyler Lockwood the other night.

Bonnie sighed, looking away from the girls. "I'm sorry, Bonnie. I really am, trust me, it's for the best."

"Okay, Caroline is on her way now," Aria said, as she checked her phone. Placing it away she, Matt, Bonnie and Elena hid around the corner. They were wearing birthday hats and had Caroline's doorway decorated all nicely. Aria wanted this to be a special birthday for her friend. After everything they've been through and Caroline turning into a vampire, she deserved a good day. When they heard the door click open, Aria nodded and they jumped out in the hall.

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY!" They all yelled. Caroline looked a little surprise, but she didn't seem like she was in the mood to be having a party. "What are you guys doing here?" She chuckled. "Well you blew off school and missed our work of birthday art so..." Elena was saying. Aria laughed. "Change your clothes. We are going to the falls. S'mores, camp fire," Bonnie said. "Cake, like when we were little," Elena smiled.
