4. Embrace

The rain is pouring down, heavily.

I see people sheltering themselves,

With colourful umbrellas and raincoats..

They give me strange looks

As I walk, getting all soaked up in rain

Hoping no one notices my tears.

Then suddenly I felt a tap on my shoulder..

I turn around only to find you

Drenched in rain as well

Wasting no time, you give me warmth

And I know that, certainly,

In your embrace, is where I belong

Then I hear you whisper,

Your not alone

Remember?

US still exists..

And that's all I needed..

There in the middle of the street we stand

Embracing, while the world judged.

I care no more

As long as it's you with me

As long as it's us!
