66. You're Girl!

I see a moment in which you were holding my hand, tight

Walking in the garden, bare feet, just after the heavenly shower

Flashing your beautiful smile, each time you meet my eyes

I tell you that your love is the only thing I want .

You give me the warmest hug ever and I feel you no more.

Waking up to the sunlight I realize that it was just a dream.

I feel my tears running down my cheeks, silently

I close my eyes again hoping to be in the dream with you.

I scream, but no one except the walls hear me,

I gather myself and tell it to get ready to face the world, alone.

I walk the streets, making no efforts to impress anyone and flash fake smiles

I swallow my every pain and act like everything's okay.

I look around to find that nothing's changed in the world,

And it's only you, who left.

Then, who was I fooling? YOU were my whole world.

Nights are a wagon of pain, with sleep miles away from me,

I keep chanting your name like it's my secret mantra,

I smile remembering our happy times, but soon tears make their way,

I miss being hugged, I miss being angry at you, I missed YOU and ME

I then realized that you were with me in my head, heart and soul all day.

...

I could have ended my life, the day you walked up to heaven,

But I knew that, it were the last thing you wanted me to do, ever!

You wanted to see me happy,

You wanted me to enjoy life, like to the most,

You wanted me to be your girl, forever!

So I live my life, the way you wanted.

Striving and struggling to be in a place at the top where you wanted US,

I work all day and at nights I'm with you, talking to you,

Crying, smiling, thinking of the wonderful days you gave me.

Those are enough for me to survive this life, without you, though.

Finally, I reach the top and miss you badly.

I imagined you hugging me on this grand occasion.

I feared you left me for a moment, in this worldly crowd

But then I saw my autograph with both our names together,

I look at the sky and whisper, "The world will know me as YOU'RE GIRL, FOREVER!"
