RECAP: Proof submitted by Meera-Veer was warned by judge
"Veer...You are now caught red handed. Proof is very clear. Do you have anything to say on this?". "What will he have sir? Rogue..cheater...". "Meera..Please calm down. He cannot open his mouth for what he did to you. He is answerable to you. Still I know it will not heal your pain". "Sir..Please do hear my words. This is all because of the love I have/ had on Meera. I still love her to the core. Out of fear of losing her, blindly I did this to her. It is my biggest mistake. But I am ready to marry her. She is my life. She is my everything. I am ready to oppose everybody just for the sake of her and the love I have on her. Please get her married to me. This is the request from my side. I am ready to take up the punishment that you give me. But before that I want to marry her". "Sir, he is lying. This is not true. He himself accepted that in the name of love he has cheated me. Please dont trust him. I dont want to marry him. I do not have any such feelings for him. How can I live my life with him, who had done this to me. Please understand..he is lying. Do not trust him. If this is the case, why should he bring false evidences? He is trying to escape from this case. Please sir.. sentence him to death". "Sir...I am Varun..I have seen many girls whose lives are spoilt because of him. His father would threaten the girls and make them to feel shame of filing a case against Veer. I am the evidence for this. He had cheated my own friend and now she is no more. Please think about a girl's life". "Meera, if Veer did not agree that he has raped you, then I have all the rights to punish him. I will definitely punish him. There is no doubt in this. But, as he confesses that he wants to marry you, the decision is all yours and I have nothing to do in this case. Based on your decision, I should give the judgement. I will give you two options now. #1: If you marry Veer, he will be given imprisonment of 8 years after getting married to you. This is only for the sake of you, as your life will also be involved in this. #2: If you do not marry him, he will be given a life time imprisonment. So think well. Decide and let the court know in the next hearing. I am ready to take up your decision as the final judgement. The court is adjourned".
