RECAP: Meera-Loneliness-Strength-Lawyers Search
Whenever you need something from someone else, before you can move forward, it is a dependency. Dependencies slow people down. At a point, we become a slave of the person we depend on. For survival, I chose to be independent as I was tired of trusting people and depending on them. Being independent made me a better and strong person. "Meera ma...so what was your next step..? Did you meet any lawyers? What happened to Veer?". "Yeah Sanju, my next step was searching the lawyers. I approached around 15 lawyers, who only warned me to stop the case, as I will not win anyways. It was not easy to oppose a minister and his son. But all I had was the 'Hope'. The confidence that I had, even during tough days, made me stand alive. Life is 10% what you experience and 90% how you respond to it. I challenged those lawyers with self confidence at its heights. Life was not easy at that stage where it was only me, who was responsible for every word I spoke and every step I kept. Nothing can stop a person, who has a right mental attitude,from achieving her goal. After two days I heard the door bell ringing. My mom opened the door with a little fright. It was my childhood friend Varun and his dad Suresh. As I told you earlier, Suresh was a leading lawyer and Varun was a law student. He used to tease me and Pappu for not confessing our love. I addressed them with a smile. "Meera...How are you now? We heard about the incident and we are sorry for that..Dont worry child..everything will be alright soon..". "Thanks Uncle..am fine already..". "So How about your college? Are you not willing to continue there?". "Am dismissed Uncle while Veer is allowed to continue..See where the humanity is?". "Ok..I have spoke to the principal of A.S Arts college. You are good to continue there from next month". "Thanks a lot Uncle..but I have an important task before that...I wanted to...". " I know Meera...You wanted to teach a lesson for Veer right? ", Varun interrupted. "Meera...I will take this case and will handle everything. I am not a typical lawyer to get afraid of minister or anybody. You continue your studies which is more important for you at this age..It should be your primary goal as of now. I am there Meera..Stay strong..". "Uncle. I dont have any words to show my gratitude. Its God who has sent you here...Who had heard all my prayers and cry..Thanks Uncle..This means a lot to me and my life..Thanks Varun...I am blessed to have people like you", I thanked them with tears out of happiness..after a long time..
