Episode #9:
Pappu's health was turning better. He was discharged from hospital. We all were around him, taking care of him and helped him to recover soon. We made him comfortable and more secured. He was normal to everybody in our gang other than me. He avoided the eye contact with me. I felt very odd and my mind started to crib more on the reason for his situation. I wanted to know everything and punish the person who did this to Pappu. But considering the bad situation of him, I kept quiet. He was back to class after few days. "Meera, what happened between you and Pappu? Why is he not normal to you? I could sense something wrong has happenes because of you..", told Ranjith. " Yeah Ranjith, he is avoiding my eye contact and also the situations when I am there around him. Even I wanted to know the reason. But between us nothing happened", I replied Ranjith. It was our presentation time, we were allowed to choose our project mates. Anju, Arjun and Minu were a team. Gautham did his presentation with me. Ranjith, Veer and Pappu were a team. Even during presentations, Pappu was abnormal. "what happened to you Pappu? What is the problem that you have with Meera?", Ranjith questioned Pappu. "Nothing" was the only answer given by him back. That night Ranjith called my number, " Meera, there is something unusual in Pappu's behaviour, towards you and with Veer too", he added. I was not able to understand anything. " From where did Veer come into the picture Ranjith?". "We will find out Meera. Dont worry. I am with Pappu and will be with him always", Ranjith cut the call. I lost my sleep that night. "Meera, why do Veer stare at Pappu now a days? asked Anju. I became restless when my friends spoke about this continously. My stress level was at peak. All I wanted to know was the reason and the person behind the incident. If God answers your prayers, he is increasing your faith. If he delays to answer, he is increasing your patience. If he doesn't answer, he has something better for you. I was mentally preparing myself and praying God that nothing worst should be the reason else it would push us into the hell of sadness and would take time to heal. I was waiting for the next day to come and meet Pappu
