Me and Lauren are going to eat. She told me that she didn't want to bring her daughters because she wanted to be alone with me which I'm not sure why. Her children are so cute and adorable.
"You look gorgeous" Lauren says as she stares at me. I can feel my cheeks getting red. I smile but try to hide my face.
"You're so innocent" i hear her say.
I burst out laughing. "Yeah, ok." It's funny how people tell others they are "innocent" when they do something. The thing is...you don't know me.
She looks shocked. Then a smile appears on her face. She is not easy to read if you ask me. It's really hard to tell what her next move will be. She is very good at hiding things.
"What is that supposed to mean?" She tilts her head. I laugh and shake my head waving it off.
"No, no...tell me" she insists. She grabs my hand and looks directly at me. She examines my face and lifts her brows still waiting for my answer.
"I meant like...i don't know it's hard to say," i try getting out of this one but i know that I'm going to fail. Especially with Lauren. She will insist until she gets what she wants out of me.
"Then explain it to me. I got all the time in the world baby" she says softly making me give in.
I get saved by the waitress who is asking for our orders. After we are done ordering and eating we head out.
As i unlock the door i feel Lauren's hands on my waist and her lips on my neck. And i pause for a second.
"Lauren?"
She hums into my skin and continues to kiss me. She isn't even drunk or anything. We are both sober so what is going on?
"Come on, let's go in" i say as i push the door open. She still doesn't let go of me. I hear her sigh and she finally releases me.
"I should've told you this from the beginning but i was a little scared. Marla..."
She grabs my hands and looks at the floor then at me. "I'm married but in the process of getting divorced. And i wanted to know if you will wait and be with me after."
I frown. "You're married?" I ask. I know she has daughters but i thought she was a single mother. She nods. "For 5 years but it has progressively turned into a nightmare and such a mistake." I can hear the hurt and fear in her voice. Lauren might be strong looking and mean looking but she is actually very gentle and sensitive.
You can tell that she turns so small when she talks about her marriage. It's not the first time i hear her talking about it. But when she does she is so little and she shrinks.
"And what exactly are you asking me to do after all of this happens?" I ask unsure.
Her face lightens up a bit but i can see she is a little nervous. She bites her bottom lip and looks at me. "To be my girlfriend..."

"I-i..." i can feel tears form in my eyes. I smile and hold hayley's cheek and stroke it gently with my thumb.
"I love you too" i finally say. She laughs and i see a tear roll down her cheek. I laugh along as we both cry. We are such a mess.
I didn't guess hayley would be the first one to say it first. I didn't know who would. But I'm glad she did first. I wouldn't have found a good way to say it. My feelings have taken over and now i really fell in love with her.
Hayley is so amazing. Nothing can compare to her. Everything about her is attractive. Her silliness, cuteness, and just herself is so adorable and cute. I can't even describe the feelings i get when I'm around her.
I hear a knock on the door which makes me let go of hayley and walk to the door.
"Hey Lauren! Come in" i invite her. I gather the girl's things and hand them to Lauren. I then grab both girls and walk them to their mom.
"Where's marla?" I ask confused. I always see her with Lauren. And seeing Lauren without marla by her side is weird because they are inseparable. Their relationship, which they haven't called it official, is still cute.
"She's um home. But anyways, thank you very much for watching these babies!" She reaches for her back pocket and hands me money.
I shake my head. "Don't worry Lauren" i say pushing her hand away softly. She stills begs until hayley snatches the money from Lauren and shoves it in Lauren's back pocket.
"Go on Lauren! Don't worry about it. It was just a favor" hayley laughs. Lauren smiles and hugs us both thanking us one last time before leaving with her cute girls.
Hayley closes the door and walks towards me resting her hands on my waist.
"Get ready because I'm taking you out on a real date tonight."
She has the most adorable yet sexy smile i have ever seen.
