About panic attacksI'm have a total number of three
Pretty small
But a big amount to learn from
It feels like I'm constantly going down hill on say I bike and I'm doing this course full of sharp turns and long jumps . But I'm going fast and there is no stopping in this dirt paths full of trees and ledges so I don't think to even brake because I know that I could skid of the edge and making this attack worse than it should be more fully blown.
