You both arrived at the hotel to the a setup similar to when you both first met except one huge detail, the entire room was filled with screens monitoring over 50 different people. "I've narrowed the suspects down to this, I also brought help from the whammy house as well sir." Watari said as a young boy with white hair who looked similar to L walked out of the next room. L Looked at him with familiarity and nodded as you stayed confused. "Oh, my apologies miss. This is Near." You looked him over briefly,he was much younger than L. " hello" you said with an awkward wave, To which he returned. "L, where are we so far in suspects?" He began to ask before he noticed Watari had set up many more monitors which were blank for now. "I must go set up more surveillance in other areas but for now we have Asama who was once a very good friend to light yagami before his incarceration. It would seem semi logical to hand it over to someone you trust,right?" L examined as he watched the video feed of the guy doing his homework before his sister walked in to yell about something random. "Who's that and why doesn't she have cameras in her room?" You began to question,raising a brow from near, but no one responded. "I.. guess I didn't think of that." Watari said " I Will set them up tomorrow." He also said before leaving the room.
