Ryan POV
Simultaneously, both Mia and Natalie blacked out. I felt Mia's pulse and chills were sent down my spine. But just as quickly her body temperature went to normal.
"What happened?" Cole asked.
"Mia was possessed, that's what happened," I said turning.
"Is she still, you know?" Mike asked.
"I don't know."
"But what about Natalie?" Jayden asked.
"So many questions you can't answer," I said under my breath. "They're both fine, just unconscious. Though we should probably keep both of them tied up."
"Why?" Kevin asked.
"If Pendara could have possessed Mia, there's probably a chance she switched hosts," Ash answered for me.
Once Natalie and Mia were tied up in the infirmary we all sat in the living room discussing what to do. Just like old times, except with Ash, Alexa, Cole, and Lauren. Ash paced back and forth skimming through a book.
"How do we get Pendara out of them even if they are possessed?" Alexa asked.
"We might have to kill them," Ash said looking up from the book.
"What?" Jayden and Kevin said simultaneously.
I took the book from Ash's hands and skimmed over it:

Nighlok Possession
The ability of possession by a Nighlok is a rare ability only to be known to be wielded by the Nighlok siblings, Serrator and Pendara. If a mortal is to be possessed by them the only known remedy is to kill the host body. The host must be killed through heart or the head since that is where the possesser mostly resides. It is not clear if the host will be revived or not.

"He's right," I said looking up. "We don't know if Mia will be brought back or not."
"No," Kevin said immediately.
"It might be the only way to make sure she's not possessed by a psychotic she-Nighlok forever," Ash argued.
"No. I'm not letting anyone touch her."
"I vote no," Emily said.
"Me too," Alexa said.
"I'm with them," Mike said.
"I vote yes," Cole said.
Alexa shifted her weight before going to Ash's side of the room. Antonio went to Kevin's side of the room leaving me and Lauren who quickly went to Kevin's side of the room.
"Well?" Ash said.
"I-I don't know, I see both sides," I said.
Emily opened her mouth to say something but a sudder ripppled through me like the time I found myself at the house Ash was staying at. Blinding pain erupted in my head and I crumbled clutching my head. My vision blurred and I found myself at the cliff where I reunited with everyone.
"Why am I here?" I asked to no one in particular.
Suddenly a woman appeared in front of me in a ghost type way. Her skin was pale eyes glassy and navy blue her hair midnight black. She looked familiar in a way yet like a stranger at the same time.
"My, you've grown so much," she said smiling.
"Umm do I know you?" I asked puzzled.
"I'm your mother Ryan."
My jaw dropped. This, was my mother?
"But, but-"
"I know, you have questions Ryan and I will answer them, just not now. I only came to you so I could tell you this: you can't let them kill Mia. She's not possessed by Pendara anymore, Natalie is. Pendara's planned this out step by step so she can perform the Sun and Moon Ritual. She's trying to divide you all so your loyalty to each other will be tested. You can't let her get to you Ryan."
"But she's already divided us, there are two sides on whether Mia should live or die."
"And you have to stop it, you have to bring everyone together to destroy Pendara once and for all. Hurry."
And that there was the very conversation I had with my mother.

I'm sorry, I am oh so very sorry. I'm cruel sick person for making you guys wait this long for another chapter.
