”Edge?”

I heard someone said my name.

But I couldn’t care less.

“Hey, Edge?” the voice called much louder

“What?!” I irritated replied

“Are you in drugs? You filthy sicko.” Lewis replied back

We’re in a coffee shop, enjoying some caffeine shots.

“Get lost, Lew.” I replied nonchalantly

“You’re retarded.” He said rolling his eyes

I rolled my eyes.

He sighed.

“So where do you know him?” he started

“Him who?” I replied, not having any idea.

“Don’t play dumb.” He said sarcastically

Smirked lined in my face.

The effect of last night was a tidal wave. I felt like there is a new thing happening inside me. Something light, something quirky, something felt new.

I thought that last night would be a god smacking boring sort of stuff. But I was wrong, and wrong again.

“You know what? I’ll just pretend I don’t know someone as retarded as you.” He said rolling his eyes again.

I just chuckled at his gesture. Still not replying to his chatter.

“Ugh. You know what, I’m off.” He said and he stood up

“See you soon Lew.” I just said as he rolled his eyes to me.

I waved goodbye to him eventhough he didn’t look at me when he left.

He is really annoyed.

Oh well, it wouldn’t ruin the vibe I have right now.

I had the best night of my life last night.
