Adalia - POV.
Oh Lord, it's a Tuesday. They better be there before I get there. I hop in the shower and throw my clothes on that was on top of my dresser.
It was a striped black and white shirt with regular skinny jeans and I tied a jacket around my waist. I also put on my gray nikes and head downstairs.
Maybe Nate is gonna give me some snacks for breakfast. Or I can just ask. I haven't seen the inside of his backpack yet.
Oh wait, I forgot my schedule. I run back upstairs and grab it. I sit at the kitchen table until it's time for me to start walking. We don't have a couch yet.
Also, we don't even have that many things here yet, only a stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dining room set, and beds.
I grabbed my bag and began walking to school. I met Nate on the way again.
"Morning." He says.
"Good morning."
"Did you eat anything?"
"No."
"Here."
Thank God it's not an oatmeal cream pie. It's a strawberry shortcake roll thing.
"Have you ever had that?" He asks.
"Yeah, they are so good."

Yay, music class, hopefully this will be good. They had actual instruments here, like guitars and pianos, trumpets, and violins. At my old school, there was just one piano but we couldn't go on it. Then on some days, the teachers would pull out the keyboards and everyone would take them up.
Jack went to the guitars with Nate accompanying him as Andrew went straight over to the pianos. I went over to Andrew who was just having fun like everyone else was.
The room was loud, no wonder why they had soundproof walls here.
"Hey!" He yells over the noise of bad music coming from several locations.
"Hi!"
I rest my hand on the piano to hear what his skills are.
"Whatcha got?" I ask.
He plays a little something. This kid has some skill.
"How's that?" He asks.
"That's great! You have skill!"
"Thanks!"
"Can you play?" He asks.
"Kind of."
"Come here."
I come closer to him.
"Play anything."
He gets up allowing me to sit down. I begin playing Fur Elise.
"Wow!" He says.
I look down at my feet.
"You're talented."
"Not as talented as you."
"What can you play?" He asks.
"I can play the drums a little bit, the trumpet a little bit, and definitely the violin."
"Go get a violin." He says.
I rush and go get one before they're gone. I go back to Andrew and began playing Fur Elise again.
As I finished, Nate and Jack came over.
"What took you guys so long?" Andrew asks.
"He was tuning his guitar," Nate says.
