after countless hours of relentlessly trying to guess minjae's phone number, i still haven't found the right one.

i'm so sick and tired of texting the words "hey, sorry to disturb you but is this min minjae?" to strangers only to get ridiculous replies in return.

although i'm exhausted, there are only a few combinations left that can possibly be her number, so i've to push through and text those last couple numbers.

after i text those last few numbers asking them if they're minjae, i collapse onto my bed and let out a heavy sigh.

i slowly close my eyes and rest them for a few moments but immediately open them again when i feel johnny's half-dead phone buzz in my hand.

i hold johnny's phone up and stare at the screen, trying to read the message someone had sent back to me.

my fingers slip and i let go of the phone, causing it to fall down onto my face and slide off of it.

i groan before picking it up from beside me and rolling back onto my side, reading the very long message i just received.

"yep, that's her alright," i chuckle before quickly texting her back, feeling a burst of energy surge through me.
