 Lady's POV:

When I wake up, Harold is not next to me. When has he left? And for how much I've been sleeping? I get up to the window and the outside is so dark, only some traffic light light up the dark street. I have never slept for that long. Suddenly, Dr Grinwell open the door and get in the room. I turn to face him, and he's with my nurse.

"I see you're doing good now, Mrs Stephan." He say after he gives me a genuine smile, the nurse cleans the tea table and I sit on the edge of the bed. He still standing in front of me, holding some papers.

"Mr Stephan signed an hour ago some papers, you can leave the hospital starting from tomorrow. He said he could come to take you home, and if he couldn't, I'll call Mrs Meldon to take you."

Going Home? I open my eyes in surprise yet in excitement. I'm going home, finally. It will be me, Harold and no body else, no more lies, no more distance between us, no more Cody. I try to hold my excitement but fail miserably because the doctor is smiling stupidly in front of me.

"I really am hoping that you'll be okay this time, and I'm sure you'll be, we're going to miss you around, you were a good company" I keep smiling from ear to ear. I don't know what to say, I'm hoping to be well this time, to never back to this hospital. I greet the doctor and say goodbye to him. I have to make my bags because tomorrow I'm going back home.

I go to the coffee machine and take a black coffee, no sugar. On my way, I fell someone is following me, I turn around and the hallway is empty. Creepy. I rush my feet and when I'm in front of my room, I see the door open, i'm sure I closed the door behind me when I left the room. As I get in, every thing is normal, except one thing, a note on the bed and a tulip. The note said:

"Roses are cheesy, only hopeless lovers go for roses. Tulip are made for genuine unforgotten love. Happy tulip day, Little Lad "

I squeeze my hand around the note. Tulip day. It can't be him. I let my weight to hit the ground as I lose myself in a daydream.

Time: Two years ago. A sunny Sunday. Mars the 1st

Place: Our secret place.

Weather: Spring.

I was sitting next to Cody, he was resting his head on my lap and I was playing with his messy brown hair. he loved it when I used to play with his hair, he used to fall asleep in my lap. We were here since hours. Because the weather was fine, Cody decided to do a picnic. I made cheese sandwiches and he brought orange and strawberry juice. He came early to my house and we drove to our secret place.

"Lad?" He said, breaking the silence that had filled the air for ten minutes.

"Yea?" I said and he looked up to meet my brown eyes. He got up suddenly, his eyes not leaving mine. I frowned and he reached for my cheek.

"Have you ever thought that roses are so cheesy?" He said and I burst in laughter. I covered my hand with my mouth and he tickled me until I gave up and my back hit the ground.

"What lead you to think like this? I mean who doesn't love roses?" I said and he clinched his jaw.

"I hate roses, they are so cheesy, only hopeless lovers go for roses."

I burst in laughter again and he rolled his eyes "That's the stupid thing I've ever heard, roses are symbol of love, epic love, I'm mean when you read a fairy tale, the prince always got for his princess a roses, red and bloody rose"

"In fairy tales, not in reality. Roses are so perfect, they lead you to believe in fairy tales."

"You don't believe in fairy tales?" I raised an eyebrow to him. He shook his head and leaned his head to one side, I chew the inside of my cheek to stop myself from laugh on him.
