Harold's POV:
"She told me you stayed with her in some shitty motel" She says and turns to face me.
"Why are you like this? I mean the last time I talked to you, you were so happy because you finally saw me happy."
"I was happy. I though that Lady is the one for you, until I knew the story about Cody. Are you insane? How could you stay with her now after you know so well she can't love you like that bastard"
"Don't" I shout and she raises her eyebrows "He's dead now. Don't, please" I open the door to leave and she grab my arm to stop me "Think about it again, please. I don't want you to suffer from all of it because I know that Cody isn't dead"
I exhale furiously and leave her car. Sophia has to leave my house, sooner that later. She won't leave me alone or Lady until she bring Cody back here. I have to get to Cody before she does. I have to keep him away from my life and send him somewhere else. But if he's alive now, why isn't he trying to come back?
Oh no!
He's the one who called her twice. Shit! I have to do something, I have to.
I head to my house and I find Lady sleeping peacefully. I kiss her and go to Sophia's room. I open the door and she still is awake.
"I knew you'll be back" She stand up and walk toward me. I stay still, watching her walking and rubbing her hair.
"I'm here to talk, not anything else. We have to make a deal"
She stops inches away from my face "A deal? Seems interesting"
"But first, I want to know. Why you turned out like this? You were so innocent and now you're all..?
"Bitch? Slut?" She interrupts. "I'm heartbroken, Harry! I A heartbreak can change a lot in one person. I dyed my hair brown because I hated to remember the way you complimented my blond hair, I changed my way of clothing because you had always liked my dresses. I moved from Ireland, leaving my mother and everyone to come here for you. The day I wrote you I wanted to die. The night of the same day I packed and left without saying goodbye to anyone. I had no money nor a place to stay. Your mother was the only one who stayed by my side saying that things will be better when I would meet and we'll live forever happy. I begged her to tell me where you are, in which high school are you in, where do you live, but she always said it was too early to know. I know now why she kept telling me this, she had known that you were seeing someone. I did too. That's why I changed. I wanted to be like that girl I saw you with, she was brunette and not all conservative. That's why I changed, Harry, I changed for you and because I didn't want you to see me as that girl you left, but as that girl you want to be with"
She's insane, she's crazy. I have to keep my guard in front of her, every move I would make, she could misunderstand it. A heartbreak can change a lot. Where have I heard something like this?
"Did you know that the girl I was seeing was Lady? Your cousin?"
She shakes her head plenty times "If I had known, I wouldn't appear in your life."
"So can you just pretend that you know now it was Lady from the beginning and leave?" I ask and she laughs so hard. I try to shut her to not wake Lady.
"What? Are you afraid, dear Harry? Are you afraid of being rejected and left all alone? I won't let you go after I'm now that close to you. I will do anything, even if I have to bring back Cody from the World of Dead. I will turn your world into hell and make you regret leaving Ireland. I will make you beg me to come back to you when you'll be all alone, not young anymore and left dying slowly watching Lady having the time of her life with Cody. Oh Harry! You have no idea how it feels to be lonely."
